What are you doing tomorrow?

Have plans to make a gingerbread house and a party food tea, but other than that nothing. Hoping for some inspiration

Going to the shops to get bread and a few bits I missed today (strawberries, cereal, cream etc plus something for dinner as despite having enough food in to feed the 5000 I don’t have anything in for dinner), then it’s back home to bake.

Making the nut roasts, braised cabbage and desert's. Tidy up and clean the bathroom and the hopefully be done by about 1 so I can chill with chocolate and mulled wine.

Laundry. Tidying up.
Cook gammon. Peel veg, make ahead as much of Christmas dinner as I can (DCs and DH told to help with this).
Visit my sister and drop off presents (40 mins away), possibly with a tip run on the way as I have a full boot of crap.
Think of something I desperately need/forgot and run to supermarket for.

Christmas eve presents with DCs in the evening (Pyjamas and a game, tradition).
See if next-door fancies midnight Mass.
Drink enough wine and Baileys to trip over teen DC floor detritus while being Santa.

I also have lots of prep for Christmas Day to be doing so how do I make Christmas Eve special for DC? I don’t think there’s time to go out anywhere really and DH is working.

Cinema for Muppets Christmas then out for lunch. Need to wrap the last few bits, and DD has a friend coming over in the PM, might take them out for a coffee and a mince pie.

Then have, at the last minute, arranged to go for afternoon cocktails with my friend (We are going to be sensible).

We never have anything in for dinner around this time. I seem to forget that despite filling a trolley I haven't actually bought a week's worth of shopping and that we still need normal food. DH even reminded me, but I still haven't as I can't seem to face normal food shopping.
I bought bacon, tea bags and cat food in my lunch break today, that will have to do!

Church and a mini Christmas concert in the morning. Need to pick up a couple of small gifts and some envelopes in the afternoon. Then it’s Christmas!!!

We’re in Spain so celebrate tomorrow and have our main meal in the evening of the 24th (Nochebuena), then open presents before deserts. I will be watching Christmas Eve 1914 after dinner - not sure that’s the correct title for the English version of the film but I love it.

Breakfast at a local tea room then round to the in-laws. Tomorrow night we’re having a picky tea and watching crap telly.

Bike ride then DH is making a cooked breakfast, final present drop to adult DS, hopefully an afternoon nap, meeting a couple for a meal then joining other friends for drinks about 7.30. Chilled

Making cranberry sauce and bread sauce. Making gingerbread men with 4 yr old. Going out for lunch. Followed by a long long walk around the village to look at the Christmas lights to tire out said 4 yr old so she will sleep at a reasonable hour.
