Thanks @Robstersgirl for the title. Wonder if it was the thread that did it!

If you have a referral link for a website, do post it on this thread

A reminder not to use affiliate links in the thread.

Please do watch the thread rather than post to mark place to make it easier for everyone to keep up and find relevant info.

See post 2 for some (hopefully) useful links.

How to do click links -

Do two [[

Paste in your link without a space between the [ and the start of the link
Do one space at the end of the link
Write what you want to appear instead of the link
Put 2 ]] at the end without a space between the end of the word(s) at the end and the ]]
So it looks like www.reastieschristmasbargains.co.uk click here but with no space between the and the start of the link and the next to the here

I hope that makes sense…

Present tracking apps might be of interest eg Santas bag, gift list.

Here are some useful websites:

Amazon free delivery tool here

Aliexpress www.aliexpress.com here . Useful tips here from sorryiasked: Aliexpress is a Chinese site that sells everything! Assume all branded stuff is fake. I personally wouldn't buy baby toys or electronics from there as I don't have faith in the product safety. But for fan merchandise, dolls clothes, "lego", household items etc it's great. Check the size guide on clothes and lower your expectations!
Use a seller who has a 4.5 star rating or higher.

You can pay via PayPal and there is an excellent tracking system, but be aware express postage is usually 2-3 weeks and standard postage up to 2-3 months.

Bargainmax here

Camelcamelcamel is a brilliant site that tracks prices on amazon here

Lisa angel sale is popular when on, apparently arrive nicely packaged too here

Magazine subscription offers here and here

Netpricedirect has discount toys and party bits here although be aware reviews of the site is mixed

Toys for a pound here

Any additional websites or recommendations to add - just let me know Grin . I should add something about Ali express maybe as we’ve had that before…will get my brain thinking about what other sites/products have been popular.

springlike · 25/11/2022 07:01

Anyone with Tesco mobile looking to upgrade? Extra BF deals start today. Just got a great deal on an upgrade for a pay monthly contract.

dancemom · 25/11/2022 07:01

Any recommendations for an iPad keyboard and pen? Or Black Friday deals?

doistayordoigo · 25/11/2022 07:04

Does anyone know of a free delivery code for Lakeland please? I only need to but you item for £14.99 and really don't want to pay £3.95 for delivery!

RainbowPhilosophy · 25/11/2022 07:04

Sainsburys TU (you can also buy via Argos for free click and collect regardless of order value) have 50% off some things and 25% off "winter warmers" which includes things like coats, jumpers, PJs, slippers, dressing gowns, gloves etc. Don't forget to go through cashback sites for a bit extra.

SwimmingFree · 25/11/2022 07:06

I've been waiting for a really good code for Black Friday for Chelsea peers pjs. They have 40% off today with code COUNTDOWN40. Their pjs are just lovely

wewishyouamerrychristmas · 25/11/2022 07:07

Has anyone bought any shaving kits from Harry’s before? Anyone with a discount code? Thank you.

thaegumathteth · 25/11/2022 07:10

Baby kiss velvet orchid straighteners are reduced to £20.49 which is 2/3 off at Amazon. They're meant to be like GHDs.

Yeknom · 25/11/2022 07:10

@Withholdingvitalinfo the railcard looks like it could be really useful for me. Sorry to be a dimwit, but do you know if the 1/3 off tickets is only when you book fare via the trainline app? Or can you still use a machine on the day and for example just tick the railcard discount and then carry the digital thing on your phone as proof?

thaegumathteth · 25/11/2022 07:11

You don’t have to use app can buy at stations or ticker machines but there is a minimum spend etc

I linked to the Network railcard but I think the deal is on all railcards

Robstersgirl · 25/11/2022 07:13

You can use it at a machine too. You just choose the ticket with the railcard fare and show the railcard when your tickets are checked. They’re really handy especially the friends and family one.

Vebrithien · 25/11/2022 07:13

I have a moral dilemma.

DD has just announced that she wants to ask Santa for the big unicorn Polly Pocket.

Here on Argos

My dilemma is;
Do I pay £24.99 at Argos, but use all Nectar points?
Or;
Pay £4 less (£20.99) on Amazon, but pay cash.

There probably isn't much else I'll use my Nectar points for this year, other than Sainsbury's food shopping for Christmas.

But it feels wrong to choose to pay more 😭

Any recommendations for an iPad keyboard and pen? Or Black Friday deals?

@dancemom I have this copy of the Apple Pencil and it is fab. I have recommended it on these threads a few times and the people who have bought it have also been really happy with it.

£19.99 on lightening deal just now but it’s usually around that price anyway.

This pencil

My son (10) is looking for a PSV away jersey only place I can find if is on their official website. I’ve just about come to terms with the cost of it but they want £20 delivery too. Any ideas where I’d get it cheaper??

Yeknom · 25/11/2022 07:20

Thank you very much for the railcard tips! I'll deffo get one!
