Thanks @Robstersgirl for the title. Wonder if it was the thread that did it!

This is so very true!! My dad loves real liquorice but I can't find it locally. Have dumped about 3 baskets in different online shops today as I'm not going to pay £5 delivery for a wee bag/tub of liquorice!!

Does he like the real stuff or the sweet ones? I bought a big bag of sweet ones from Amazon for ten quid. They also had some Swedish disgusting liquorice. I mean, I even drink liquorice tea, but salty liquorice is just not right.

Joliana · 27/11/2022 17:35

thanks for the gift card advice, unfortunately it's places they don't have those nearby

FriendlyLaundryMonster · 27/11/2022 17:38

I have been trying to get the deal on Letterbox Liquorice to work. It says three pouches for the price of 2 or something like that, no code needed. But, when I add three, it doesn't discount. I must be doing something wrong!

I’m hoping someone can help point me in the right direction please?

I bought all the children the red B&M sacks a few years ago but since then had another baby. I feel so sad her not having one to match. So I’m desperate for a letter ‘P’.

There’s a few on eBay but not the letter I need. Can anyone think of anywhere else I could look please?

Yeknom · 27/11/2022 17:55

@LunaCrystal have you tried vinted?

There is a swap thread on Mumsnet somewhere! Don't have a link as not on it but you should be able to find it if you search b&m swap thread x

BeaLola · 27/11/2022 17:14

@Withholdingvitalinfo - yes thats what I plan to do as there is no restaurant/deli near us

This worked well. Got vouchers 25% off which came through straight away, then bought the things I wanted, which although didn’t show as reduced in cost, did reduce once I went to pay - 20% off. So a really good deal!

BeaLola · 27/11/2022 17:02

Anyone either have free delivery code or discount for Uniglo please ?

I was looking for one earlier but had no joy.

I initially wanted one item that DD wanted for around £15 ....ended up spending over £50, but at least I got free postage eh?!😜

At one point I was 30p below the £50 needed for free p&p so ended up buying some toddler tshirts (when my youngest DC is 18yo 😄... I'll give them to a neighbour or donate them to a charity shop or something)

ChristmasCwtch · 27/11/2022 20:03

What was the BakedIn deal please? I’ve scrolled back 10 pages and can’t see it. Thanks 😊

ChristmasCwtch · 27/11/2022 20:04

Great offer on the
Magic Mixie Crystal Ball

At Smyths

Mycatisalwaysangry · 27/11/2022 20:23

OMG thank you to the person who reminded me to check my honey account, I had enough points to get a £50 amazon voucher!

LunaCrystal · 27/11/2022 20:56

@Yeknom Thank you, I hadn’t thought to look there. No luck though but I’ll keep looking.

@sycamorescrumptious Thank you, I’ve found it and asked there also 😀

Here's the link (it's also my referral)

joinhoney.com/ref/zxsxlmk

If you join in and allow the extension to be added to your browser it will automatically look for discounts available for many of the usual high street shops. The discounts (if there are any) appear when you are at the checkout stage and, whether you get a discount or not, it gives you points. I think for 1300 points you get a £10 amazon voucher, but there are all sorts of other companies you can get vouchers from.

Given that it's automatic (i.e. you do not have to go through it yourself like Quidco for example) it adds points because of your shopping without you necessarily noticing it, so it was a pleasant surprise when I checked how much I had.

Perhaps I should add that it works with computers and phones too

Ooooh please may I buy one?? 🙏

Do you still have either of these please @user143677433

bizzey · 27/11/2022 17:07

Thanks to the poundshop direction ...
I am done !! 😂😂 Famous last words maybe !

Now to get into the mood of putting everything on my bed and start organising/wrapping/ remembering who is meant to have what / what is for stocking/ .....and panicking because 1 DS has I present less 😂

@bizzey

May I suggest an app to alleviate a lot of the stress around, who did you buy that for, do the kids have the same number of gifts etc etc. It's prevented lots of duplicate gift gaffs for me over recent years.

I can't see an option to share from the site, so I'll try and add a pic, so anyone interested knows what to look for on Google.

I think I am finished but tempted by the bakedin deals 🤣
I bought dd new trainers and a few other bits from sports direct last night, if you spend £100 you get a £20 voucher.

Has anyone seen any deals on alcohol? Ideally Gin, vodka and Baileys? I know some of the supermarkets usually do deals but I haven’t seen many this year?

You'll get more answers on the next thread but maybe craft gin club? There was also a £10 Bailey's, not sure if it's still going. Think it was Sainsbury's.

dexterslockedintheshedagain · 28/11/2022 16:53

I have a question about TopCashBack.
Looking at Game (re buying a game for DD) it's says cash back not available from the GAME app. Got the same when looking at PJs from
M&S.
Does this mean I have to buy from the store, or does it redirect you to the site from the app?
Many thanks, very new to this!!
