I signed up following this advice and bought an H&M gift voucher through TCB. However it hasn't tracked, and although I can see in my account that it has recorded a click to H&M at £0 (when I spent £10) it won't let me register a missing cash back claim as it says no recorded click. Really frustrating as I'm guessing I'm going to lose the referral bonus and the £2 bonus if it doesn't accept the purchase. Any ideas on what I did wrong?

I’m not sure to be honest. Mine was slower to track than normal but it did track the following day. Did you definitely activate the offer? That’s the only thing I can think of.

@AlabamaWorley22 I did definitely activate the £2 for £5 spend, but even if that hadn't worked I should have got the spend tracking to get the referral bonus part. I'm wondering if it's because the H&M gift voucher page was on a different site to the clothes so didn't track properly. Annoying!

Ah yes that may be it. When people buy a voucher to get this offer they usually do it through top gift card which is one of the sites registered with TCB. If you had to leave the H&M site to buy a voucher then that is probably what has happened. 😬

@Turtleoo did you buy the gift card from H&Ms site? If so it won’t be eligible for cashback but if you carry on using TCB for other things I think you’ll still get the referral bonus when you hit £10.
