What time do you finish Xmas eve?

If you work in an office what time will you finish Xmas eve? I seem to have meetings all afternoon so I won't finish until 5 which seems really late . I'm hoping they get cancelled. Are you working normal time Xmas eve?

My office is closed on 23rd and 24th December (and doesn't reopen until 2nd January).

We’ve been given the day off (sorry!)

My OH has been emailed to say the office closes at 2pm that day and not reopening until 4th jan (usually only closes on BH

I'm taking it as annual leave, otherwise would have been 5

We close at lunchtime on Christmas Eve.

People always book things till 5 in our office then they gradually get cancelled. We normally get an email on 24th to say we can leave at 2..

Mine is closed Christmas Eve, but previously people have started to bunk off from lunchtime.

I finish at midnight and am working Christmas Day too. Office job but shift work.

It'll be 3pm if I manage to get it at 7! To do this I will need to have popped to the supermarket and gone to the butchers all before 7... so probably end up closer to 4 finish.

We usually close up at 2 latest, or take everyone for lunch at 12 and we don't go back.

Not sure what we'll do this year - most people are WFH again/still. We'll probably still finish early but it'll be a bit less ceremonial!

I think it depends what you do, too - all our clients stop working for 2 straight weeks, so it's a really quiet time for us. If you work in something that doesn't shut down for a chunk of time at Christmas I imagine it's harder.

Lunchtime but for some departments it will be more around 2-.2.30pm

Luckily it's a Friday this year and this means I don't work at all.

Our office closes at 3 but my department isn't customer facing so I think we're officially closing at 2 (in reality I doubt much work will get done after 12)

It’s a 3pm finish at ours but as everyone WFH it means little. There won’t be much going on! I’m off as nursery shut but wish I’d not booked it as could’ve got away with it.

530. It'll be dark when I start work and dark when I finish work and then I've got to somehow make my kid distracted enough that I can make the magic happen.

I'm gonna be knackered on Christmas day.

I will be working till 5.30

4.30 at the earliest (normal finish time) but depends, we can't leave until the notes are written up and Christmas is no exception.

We close at 1pm.

Yikes! We finish on 17th and reopen on 4th

We're always sent home by 3. And checked on by management if we're logged in to see if we're stuck on something.
