All time favourite Christmas song?

Mines got to be Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas by Frank Sinatra, but the modern versions (Buble, Sam Smith Et al) are also grand.

This song just instantly puts me in the Christmas mood. Hot chocolates, stockings hanging from the fireplace, cosy jumpers, frost on the windows, love and laughter

The others I love are It's Beginning To Look a Lot Like Christmas, Merry Christmas Everyone. and Silent Night (ok that's a carol, but same thing).

All the classics. Gets me in the christmas spirit. Our local radio station will play 24/7 christmas songs from 1st til boxing day.

My favourite Band Aid is actually Band Aid 2 of Stock, Aiken & Waterman fame. I can't find it on any streaming platform except YouTube, but Matt Goss and Jason Donovan absolutely nail 'Bono' s line'.

I'm showing my age now, but it was around 1989 and featured, Kylie, Wet Wet Wet, Bananarama, Cliff Richard, Jimmy Somerville, Sonia, Jason Donovan, Bros.,and a whole host of others famous at the time.

It was one of those versions that most 'muso's' wouldn't even acknowledge as it was done by SAW, who were even at the time berated for their backing track music, and I'm not sure I liked it at the time when I was a young teenager but I love it now, and it brings back so many memories!

Highly worth a watch!
