please post any bargain info IN BOLD to make it easier to scroll through the thread.

To make things bold you:
Put a star each side of what you want to make bold like this but without the space between the star and the writing *

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

BendyBusBuggy · 22/11/2020 16:44

Have you tried la Redoute? They have different styles www.laredoute.co.uk/psrch/psrch.aspx?kwrd=dressing%20gown

I bought cotton dressing gowns from there for my teens and they're very happy with then

BendyBusBuggy · 22/11/2020 16:46

Sorry that was a reply to @Champagnecharleyismyname in response to the question about a Terry towelling robe for a 16 year old

Tommyegansgirl · 22/11/2020 17:02

Hello ladies, are there any victorias secret codes around please? xx

mummyof2boys30 · 22/11/2020 17:02
@mummyof2boys30 yep it’s that one, haven’t opened it but based on the box size it looks the same as her brothers one which is standard size
Does anyone have any tips for getting an iPad on Black Friday?
My dad wants me to look for offers for him and I've no clue when it comes to technology with regards to what model is best / what's the best price for an iPad

UniversalTruth · 22/11/2020 17:12

@bettyskitchen does it have to be an iPad? There will likely be better black Friday deals on Android tablets

RJnomore1 · 22/11/2020 17:13

@runningpink here

The postage is £5.99 though however they have a few different varieties. Price goes up the more pieces you want I just realised.

My teenage daughter loves these earrings - she’s been living in them recently and we’ve just placed a big order - lots for me to give her for Christmas and a number for presents for all her girlfriends - the packaging is just gorgeous - recommend for any teen:

Huge thank you for the Aldi velvetiser tip - bought one thismorning

Love this thread every year. Thanks to all for tips!

bettyskitchen · 22/11/2020 17:20

@UniversalTruth annoyingly so!

Bryna · 22/11/2020 17:22

@xoxogossipgirl2020 there is some squishmallows listed on Aldi online, no idea if they are the right ones you're looking for though!

UniversalTruth · 22/11/2020 17:23

@bettyskitchen then I can't help I'm afraid, we've never had an apple product Shock

I'm sure someone else will come along with good advice though

TheLastStarfighter · 22/11/2020 17:26

@purplepandas Giant Cuddly Sloth cuddle pillow they are like really big squishmallows - about the size and firmness of a large pillow.

HettyPain · 22/11/2020 17:38

Just discovered that M&S do hot chocolate flakes - may be very good for the velvetiser! Prices on Ocado are £4 or £5 a packet.

Scout2016 · 22/11/2020 17:39

I feel like I am in a toy horse black hole. Every time I think I've decided it turns out to be out of stock(Lori and OG, looking at you for starters).
I am so confused about Schleich horses and riders- the description on every site says from age 3 up but the boxes say 5-12. Can anyone help please? It is for a 3 year old.

TheLastStarfighter · 22/11/2020 17:42

Completely random but these look just about identical to the Large Jellycat Octopus. They are a copy, but get really good reviews and the photos look great for £7 delivered. If we didn’t already have 7 (Blush) of the jelly at ones, I would be ordering some.

sorryiasked · 22/11/2020 17:51

@Carrie76
There are these and these also on etsy.

22Giraffes · 22/11/2020 17:54

@thelaststarfighter they do look very similar! I have bought dd an actual jellycat octopus for her bday and I can't wait to have a cuddle Grin
@lexloofah those guinea pigs signs are great thank you! Now to decide which one to get...

Lovemusic33 · 22/11/2020 18:07

I was going to wait for a ipad in Blackfriday but ordered a couple weeks ago as they were out of stock everywhere, I pre ordered for delivery early December. I have a feeling there won’t be many apple deals for blackfriday due to a shortage in stick, unless they sell off old stock. I ordered the basic iPad (8 I think) for dd which was £320.
thisisexhausting · 22/11/2020 18:09

I'm getting a few Toy Story toys for my ds and I can across this for any Toy Story fans Forky it was £30 down to £10, which I was chuffed about Grin

Daisy829 · 22/11/2020 18:13

@Scout2016 my 9yo has the schleich horse sets and has asked for some for Xmas. The age range might be because some of the sets have small pieces in them so if your child has a tendency to put things in their mouth just be careful. The horses & riders themselves I think are solid pieces it’s more the accessories that are smaller. They are brilliant toys.

CoffeeAndEnnui · 22/11/2020 18:26

Can I please ask the very best, most sensible, non-nervewracking way to get a Switch Neon with Animal Crossing (and ideally Minecraft too but can do that separately) cheaply without risking waiting until stocks run out? Had my Asda order cancelled 12 hours after I placed it for lack of stock and the Currys bundle I'm trying to buy keeps bouncing back to a different screen so I assume it no longer exists...

Help?!

Raindancer411 · 22/11/2020 18:33

@Scout2016 Not sure what the age is the playmobil spirit sets are, but maybe good?

MrsJamTart · 22/11/2020 18:38

@Scout2016
We have lots of the horse Schleich for my 3 year old. The horses and riders are fine but some of the other bits can be small e.g the reins or bits of food for the horses. I just removed the tiny bits like the food as I have a 1 year old as well. I am really happy with the quality and we have quite the collection of horses!
