Argghhhh, I’m so sorry, I hope I haven’t lost you all! I was keeping a beady eye then got distracted trying to work out how to forward plan a Zoom call for work and invite someone, which should only take a few minutes but I’m incompetent and it took me far too long Blush .

@CarrotVan I hope it was the former!

please post any bargain info IN BOLD to make it easier to scroll through the thread.

To make things bold you:
Put a star each side of what you want to make bold like this but without the space between the star and the writing *

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

Here’s Barbarara’s instructions from last year on doing clicky links:

Open double square brackets
No space
Paste link
Space
Name of link
No space
Close double square brackets

Like this
[[www.amazingbargains.com bargain ]] but with no space after/before the brackets.
If I do it again without the extra spaces only the word bargain will appear in blue

For more links etc see message 2

If any link doesn’t work or you want to add something please let me know by @ing me Thanks

Thank you @thelegohooverer I'm off to look!!

Cloud1921 · 10/11/2020 22:26

Not sure if it's already posted but elf have 40% off site wide if you join their rewards club.
Great for affordable makeup and skincare

cymrumam · 10/11/2020 22:28

Thanks for the typo tip. I had finished buying stocking fillers but have just managed another 18 items.

TheCrow · 10/11/2020 22:29

Not on offer but I saw these deluxe hot chocolates in Lidl earlier at £1.79 each and thought they'd be nice for hampers or stocking fillers. Chilli chocolate or salted caramel flavour, they were in the normal hot drinks aisle

@Rosie2000 - thank you, I'll wait a bit longer then!

[quote Ashmonster]Blue Butterfly Designs are offering 4 of their stone coasters for £15 (includes free postage).

Katie runs a fantastic business and I've bought several things from her over the years (might just have treated myself to some new bits-oops!). I can really recommend both the quality and the durability, as well as helping a local business. Never done a link before so I hope it works...

Thank you! What a gorgeous shop!

NewYorkIvy · 10/11/2020 23:12

Quidco is tracking at about 18% cashback for typo too

deeplybaffled · 10/11/2020 23:16

@Ashmonster, thank you for the blue butterfly recommendation. Beautiful things, and it was tough restraining myself to just two chopping boards!

dancemom · 10/11/2020 23:17

What's the Typo offer?

TheCrow · 10/11/2020 23:34

@dancemom they just have a really good sale with up to 70% off, loads and loads of stocking filler type gifts included

makingmiracles · 10/11/2020 23:59

@Restlessinthenorth I don’t know if the bay tree might be of interest?
the bay tree
I love their products, especially their passion fruit curd and their apple and onion chutney

makingmiracles · 11/11/2020 00:00

Also thanks for the typo tip, whole bunch of novelty weird and wonderful bits winging their way to me

Rockhopper81 · 11/11/2020 00:13

Yep, thanks for the Typo info. - I'm now £40-odd lighter, the majority of it being for me. Blush

CoffeeAndEnnui · 11/11/2020 00:29

Extra Typo tip (at the risk of being an enabler, my GOD I could go bankrupt on stocking fillers alone)...

18.15% cashback on Typo purchases through TopCashBack I have left my TCB referral link on the referral thread in case anyone wants to sign up. I first signed up via a poster on here a couple of years ago.

CoffeeAndEnnui · 11/11/2020 00:31

You can find the referral thread here.

myhobbyisouting · 11/11/2020 01:51

For the first time I'm not being a sheep. It all just looks like tat simply because there is so much of it Blush

Lellyo · 11/11/2020 06:20

@Ashmonster thank you for the link.....what beautiful things does she have?

CupoTeap · 11/11/2020 07:02

I think there might be something with me, I can summon the energy to look through Typo Sad

Ashmonster · 11/11/2020 07:06

lellyo its handpainted pictures which are then printed onto coasters, mats, mugs, chopping boards etc. Katie also handpaints onto slate (which I have and I've just ordered another).
I'm nothing to do with Blue Butterfly but I love her work and with this year being what it is, I think small businesses need every friendly hand they can get.

XiCi · 11/11/2020 07:12

Me too. I'm taking it as a sign I'm almost done! Though I think Rex London is similar but better and I've already spent a bloody fortune on stocking fillers there!

JoanneCofton · 11/11/2020 07:14

50% off Sho website with code SHOBLACK

They’re the same as chilli’s bottles, have loads of designs, can be personalised and do food containers as well. Family run . I got 2 water bottles with their last discount and very impressed. Free delivery over £15 as well

Kittywampus · 11/11/2020 07:35

What are you all buying from typo? I've found a notebook that I want but it's not worth the postage on its own and I can't be arsed to scroll through everything to find the bargains. Blush

Lovemusic33 · 11/11/2020 07:38

I bought 5 notebooks, some fluffy socks and the Coca-Cola bottle, postage is quite a lot but I still saved quite a bit. Not really worth it unless you buy 5+ items.
SteveHarringtonsHair · 11/11/2020 07:43

Nip & Fab have got their serums on for £10.
They’re a good buy for anyone making up a beauty hamper or their own beauty advent.

Dolphintrainer · 11/11/2020 07:43

@JoanneCofton Thanks for the Sho post. I’ve been waiting for a Chillys offer so have ordered one from Sho instead. Got free delivery on it, so a 500ml for £10.99 delivered.
