Customer service at M&S arbitrarily cancelled my order last night. I am so angry. I have emailed the CEO with my complaint. I'm sure he will be all over it 😂

That's really shitty, Woolly. It's been a total fuck up all round really.

DHL is refunding the cost of the delivery as well as the gin hamper. Winner!

@NoWordForFluffy amazing! How did you get them to do that?!

I told them that it was all very well getting it to me in the end, but trying to get hold of them after it was refused was a stressful nightmare and their service was woeful.

I got the gin money today. The courier fee is a card refund so will take longer. Getting there though!
