For DS that was meant to say

sorryiasked · 14/10/2020 11:55

@ClaraTheImpossibleGirl this was very popular!
It's hideous but appealing to kids - colour photos of turds, with statistics on size, smell and frequency!

Try here skinny dip London
thelegohooverer · 14/10/2020 12:02

I got a tie dye kit for dd but it’s proving a lot harder than I thought to find things for her to dye. If anyone comes across plain white cotton t shirts, dresses, scrunchie, hair band, bag...or anything else can you give me a shout?

Jacopone · 14/10/2020 12:02

@Crackery, a quick note to be cautious. This website does not look legitimate.Check lilyrose watches London and compare.

Gardenworm · 14/10/2020 12:04

Can anyone tell me how long it usually takes on Top Cash Back to get the voucher through from reward wallet? I didn't realise it wasn't an instant thing and now drumming fingers for an amazon voucher 🙄

XFPW · 14/10/2020 12:04

Any suggestions of good gifts for 7 year old boy. He’s quite a young 7 iykwim - very sweet boy. Not really into football or sports. Budget around £30 (absolute max of £35) and the more bargainous the better.

RubyFakeLips · 14/10/2020 12:09

Lego Architecture London is on a lightening deal

Down to £26.50 which is lowest ever. Have snapped it up! Think it will go quickly.

ClaraTheImpossibleGirl · 14/10/2020 12:10

@XFPW I bought this sweet shop for a 6 year old boy and he loved it! Don't know if it's younger than you were thinking of but does leave you plenty in your budget to buy more Smile

Fueledwithfairydustandgin · 14/10/2020 12:13

@XFPW Lego, hot wheels, science kit, I’ll keep thinking of what DS would like

XFPW · 14/10/2020 12:14

@ClaraTheImpossibleGirl

I think he would LOVE that...

I think his mother would not! Hmm

Bezzi · 14/10/2020 12:15

My 7 year old got that sweet shop for his last birthday and loved it. You could buy some sweets to go with it and maybe some fake money and those little paper bags you get.
Had hours of fun out of ours with him bagging up sweets for anyone who came near him

DumplingsAndStew · 14/10/2020 12:17

Thank you for Claire's sale and 40% code. Just ordered £20.50 worth of stuff delivered for DD2s stocking. Apparently saved over £44, so definitely a bargain!

Got two photo frames, a photo album, hat, gloves, necklace and something else, so good bit for her stocking.

Tiggles · 14/10/2020 12:17

My cheap oodie arrived (one of the £11 ones from China).

It weighs just under 1kg. Will be perfect for what I want it for - sat at my desk in a cold house. The fluffy inside is a little thin in places and some stitching is slightly uneven. But it looks like it is worth more than I paid for it.
Hopefully photos attach.

@ClaraTheImpossibleGirl @mumontherun14

Thank you both so much, I appreciate the tips! Am a complete novice at purchasing football things Smile

@XFPW Does he like Dinosaurs? I’ve been buying Smashers Dino Eggs as presents for DS to give his friends. They have them for 20% at The Entertainer atm, £20. Lots of fun activities to do inside. Also he likes Robo Alive toys. They have ones like Dinosaurs, Snakes, lizards and Spiders etc. £10 each in B&M.

Or what about remote control cars? Would he like one of them?

Friedbanana · 14/10/2020 12:19

Thank you for clairs code! they also do free delivery to store and free home delivery over £20!
Im tempted by the velvetiser however i already have a lavazza milk frother which i make coffees/ hot chocolates/chai lattes with- can i ask anyone who has both what the advantage of the velvatiser is?

Also for anyone who loves chai lattes you can get a tub of powder from most supermarkets for about £2.30, (sometimes goes to £2) most cafes just use powder too so its pretty similar to what you get in cafes (good reviews except one who made it with water instead of milk..) - i once got a friend a tub of this, plus sweet cinnamon spice from tesco for topping, some mini gingerbread men, and a cheap hand held frother from ikea and a nice mug as a little hamper and she loved it!

chai latte mixture £2.30

ShellyLou1234 · 14/10/2020 12:20

Has anyone complained to IWOOT about the kids sweatshirts (2 for £15 deal) smelling of a chemical and if so what was the outcome?

newmummyessex · 14/10/2020 12:22

I have a code for pramsy.com if anybody is buying somebody a pram as a gift for xmas! (Or if you are buying one for yourself). Code NEW25 will give you £25 off

Crackery · 14/10/2020 12:24

Eek so sorry if watches dodgy. Think it was Instagram I saw it. Thought I recognised lily rose name. Couldn't think of anyone to buy for as have already done a batch buy for all females in family. Thought sharing here next best thing to buying myself! Hate to pass a bargain by...

hoopdeloop · 14/10/2020 12:30

Hoping for some hive mind help. DS2 has discovered Paw Patrol Dino rescue and I think would love the dogs with the vehicles and the smaller dinosaurs. They’re currently £15 each. I know because they are new they are unlikely to come down much more but wondering if anyone is aware of a Smyths/Entertainer etc deal that would reduce the £90 down? Thank you all xx

foilflower · 14/10/2020 12:31

Shelly, no I just washed mine and they’re fine now.

makingmiracles · 14/10/2020 12:32

Anyone else order scarves from Dunedin?

I ordered last week, thurs or fri and so far just one out of 6 arrived today, bit worried the others wont turn up if they haven’t sent them, being sale items you would think they’d only sell as many as they have in stock, will be very annoying if only a couple arrive as that was 6 people sorted with a small side gift.Sad

QueenMabby · 14/10/2020 12:34

Not read up to date yet so not sure if it’s been mentioned but Lego Architecture currently on a lightning deal:
London Bridge

IceIceCoffee · 14/10/2020 12:35

The paw patrol dinosaurs , if it’s the ones I’m thinking of they are £7.50 On sale in morrisons I got one for dS. Worth a check in your local one if you have one.

thelegohooverer · 14/10/2020 12:37

@XFPW what about a candy catcher ?
That way he would have to work for his treats? You could put a few small trinkets like bouncy balls inside if you wanted to avoid sweets completely.
These usually turn up in Aldi/Lidl closer to Christmas if you can hold on for a bit.
