luckiestgirl · 14/10/2020 10:53

Sooo tempted to get a velvetiser! Do you think it will get cheaper than this? at QVC £85 including 2 boxes of sachets.

4Minions2CallMyOwn · 14/10/2020 10:57

My son wants a Manchester United Home Kit. I’ve seen it for £75 at JD Sports but was just wondering if anyone knows where I can get it any cheaper than that please? It’s not for a Christmas present, just for his Football Club. So ideally don’t want to spend too much. Thank you!

PinkDaydreams · 14/10/2020 11:00

Are Amazon still doing the top up with £100 and get £10 credit please? I can't find it

Beautiful3 · 14/10/2020 11:00

@HarrS79 I bought bottles of vera wang from that same seller (on your link) last christmas. It is genuine. It smells and looks exactly the same as mine that came from boots. It's a lovely perfume and a large bottle!

PinkDaydreams · 14/10/2020 11:01

@UselessInDisguise can I ask you which orchard games you got in the pack of four please?

Raindropsonrosesand · 14/10/2020 11:06

For those looking for a barbie-sized dollshouse:

Kidkraft Magestic Mansion £119.50

If slightly smaller Kidkraft Savannah £118.90

UselessInDisguise · 14/10/2020 11:08

@PinkDaydreams I didn't actually buy it but off the top of my head there was a puzzle, a dino game and a ladybird game. It was four full size games tied together as opposed to a compendium one. Sorry I can't be more specific

lexloofah · 14/10/2020 11:09

@MrsJamTart yes ours has two settings for frothing (and heating) for latte and cappuccino and just heating which DD10 uses to make herself a hot choc

doublemix · 14/10/2020 11:09

@PinkDaydreams

Try this link for top up offer I found it when I googled the offer and it worked for me.

PinkDaydreams · 14/10/2020 11:10

@UselessInDisguise thank you for your help, I'll whizz down later and have a look, need to get a bit of food shopping anyway

PinkDaydreams · 14/10/2020 11:11

Thank you @doublemix I'll give that a try :)

uniqlo · 14/10/2020 11:12

Thank you so much for the Claire's code @UselessInDisguise!

Anyone shopping through TCB check your emails. I had one from them giving you £3 bonus cashback for any spend over £15 today. It needs to be activated first.

ThePurpleGirl · 14/10/2020 11:25

I got up early and did a Sainsburys run before the school run.
My best deals were a box of 1500 Lego bricks plus 4 base plates for £32.50 instead of £65 and the Chad Valley remote control excavation digger for £25 down from £50.

I also got the Lego HP Night Bus for £19.99, the Lego Friends water park set for £21.60, a couple of Minecraft Lego sets and another HP Lego set.

They had several Barbie sets including a limo and a horses set, several hot wheels sets, lots of those toddler size disney princess dolls, a remote control range rover, a black and decker toy workbench, a toy supermarket, some play doh stuff, some toot toot stuff, some chad valley baby doll sets, a big toy dinosaur (not a soft toy). That's all I can remember.

It was worth the trip for me - I got £292 of toys for £162 according to my receipt.

silky86 · 14/10/2020 11:26

Thanks @doublemix looked everywhere for the amazon top up deal and couldn't find it - your link has just worked!

Maranello · 14/10/2020 11:26

That Amazon top-up link worked for me, thanks so much @doublemix!

buckeejit · 14/10/2020 11:28

@luckiestgirl I doubt it will go cheaper-didn't go under £99 last year even for staff apparently.

I can say it's totally worth it. Dh is never pleased with anything but loves this & isn't even overly keen on hot chocolate!

Wtfdidwedo · 14/10/2020 11:30

My nearest Sainsbury's is two miles away but in a different county so I'm not allowed to go. Being in south Wales is shit!

LionMummyRoar · 14/10/2020 11:31

4 shirts for £70 at T M Lewin
Good quality shirts- good price.

ThePurpleGirl · 14/10/2020 11:33

Ps thanks for the Claire's code, the changing ponchos, the keysmart Pro, the smart plugs, the kids kindle, and the echo shows (both the 5 and the 8) GrinBlush

DH is going to have a heart attack when this month's credit card bill arrives Blush

Oh and thanks for the £10 small business credit and the £10 to up credit info. Not that the extra £20 makes much of a dent in the spend, but every little helps Grin

Martinisarebetterdirty · 14/10/2020 11:42

@luckiestgirl thanks for linking that! Have just ordered using a referral code from the referral thread so £80 including postage!

ClaraTheImpossibleGirl · 14/10/2020 11:43

@4Minions2CallMyOwn if you go via the official Man Utd site they are offering 15% off most items at the moment? Or 10% off anyway if you sign up to their newsletters. Still not bargainous but maybe a bit less painful!

Body Shop have a 48 hour flash sale here

Thank you so much to everyone for the teenage boy present suggestions! If anyone could add anything for an animal-loving 10 year old boy I would be most grateful, as that present requirement has been sprung on me!!

mumontherun14 · 14/10/2020 11:48

@4Minions2CallMyOwn I’ve bought a lot Man U strips over the years for DD & they are never really discounted. Only if perhaps you were buying last seasons. Sometimes you can get a bargain with a training top or pjamas from their official site but it’s mainly full price . If you know anybody with a blue light discount they get 10% off at JD & I think nearer Christmas it goes up to 20% xx
