To make things bold you:
Put a star each side of what you want to make bold like this but without the space between the star and the writing *

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

@XFPW I can't actually vouch for its quality but boots do Mark Hill Pick n Mix where you buy a base then you pick and choose what attachments there are. Currently 3 for 2 on selected "ends" so you could get base and two ends under 40
I believe

bagginses · 14/10/2020 06:42

There are some good deals on Anker products on Amazon- particularly their wireless chargers down to £10.

Smile3 · 14/10/2020 06:48

kart racers 2 switch new game 19.99 from 35

TheGriffle · 14/10/2020 06:57

@XFPW I’ve just bought the Babyliss curl secret, it’s £60 on Amazon so a little over budget but it’s also £60 on Very where you can spread the cost and where they normally do money off if you haven’t had an account before. It says it’s not meant for really long hair though so depends how long hers is, and I’ve never used one to know how good they are.

Bearbehind · 14/10/2020 07:08

@GirlWithTheYellowHat - about the Velvetiser - I don’t think it’s just on pre-launch the day before it’s TSV for the day.

It’s still pre-launch today - it’s very odd!

Someone mentioned 19th as the day it’s TSV so you might have a few more days

Elskerdeg · 14/10/2020 07:10

@Hedgyhoggy
I was wondering the same thing so I went back to the Amazon email that I originally claimed my £10 with, then clicked claim again and it said something along the lines of 'youve already claimed this offer, do you want to check your remaining credit?'

Beautiful3 · 14/10/2020 07:14

Anyone seen any good presents for a teenage girl please?

thelegohooverer · 14/10/2020 07:16

Thanks for the Claire’s code. Smile

Thanks @LutherRalph1 and @TheGriffle - I’ll check those out.

The Boots one might be a good shout. Her hair is pretty long - about half way down her back (and there’s a lot of it) so one that says not for very long hair is maybe not the best

My 15 year old daughter had this for her birthday. Other than the heavy wavy attachment she was impressed as didn't get enough wave.

I bought when extra points were added to and certain attachments were reduced to £5 (I did as a separate order for £5 ones otherwise they came in 3 for 2 bundle)

CupoTeap · 14/10/2020 07:24

@Chocoholicmumma thank you I would totally have missed that!

Restlessinthenorth · 14/10/2020 07:29

Doesn't anyone know how the rest of prime day is due to play out? I missed a couple of the big ticket Barbie stuff I wanted yesterday (like the camper) as was working. Do we know if there will be other drops today? I'm hoping some of the supermarket sales will be good I'm coming weeks if not!

Think these were mentioned a few threads ago. Adult towel ponchos are on prime deals

whoknows1230 · 14/10/2020 07:32

@XFPW this might be too cheap or simple for what you’re looking for but I bought this for my daughter a couple of years ago and was impressed. It’s only a tenner

I can't get the Claire's codes to stack. Am I too late to the party?

QUEENOFCLEAN

@UselessInDisguise Thank you for the Claire’s code, much appreciated Smile

RainbowRaine · 14/10/2020 08:03

I used my £10 code for a free Amazon plug, they are so handy for Christmas tree lights, no more crawling under the tree to get to the switch.
