MrsMad DD2 loves pens and stationery too. I bought her a personalised notebook from Papier as one of her gifts. It was when they were ending their Disney collaboration so it was a very good price but they do have 15% off currently.

70 would you agree they aren't a patch on 15yrs ago. Overpriced and too many crap brands that no one else sells and the P&P is extortionate

The earth wasn't moving for me Boot unfortunately , not that l mind , l am knackered after the night we had ! Ohh didn't realise qvc HAD GONE T'DOGS . Pity about that but l think l will have a little look just for old times sake

We have a tiny chopped (in German it translates as 'mini hack machine'!). It's a Kenwood. We use it loads when we make curry or chilli jam.

I don't and never have had a vibrating bed more's the pity!.

I'm not a huge fan of Cliff. Saviour's Day is on my iPod courtesy of Now...Christmas. It came on at the allotment the other day. My hands were full of heavy stuff so I had to suffer it, sadly.

Hark the Herald or Silent Night are my favourite Carols.

The electric company have gone , taken the generator with them , so there will not be any more VIBRATING GOING ON IN MY BEDROOM TONIGHT!

I realise l have never watched an episode of the new Crackerjackwith Mark & Sam off the childrens bake off , l am wondering now if they have ever shown it because of Covid .

I am currently at MILs in her sleepy Yorkshire village. We are melting, it's so hot we've put off a dog walk until this evening and are thanking her DH for going against her and buying an air conditioning unit a few years ago!

Home tomorrow - aside from the mountain of washing, I'm really looking forward to getting into my own bed.

Going to vote for carols now - at least one for Once in royal David's City and after that I'll have to have a look....

My Mum was furious yesterday , the hairdresser didn't turn up to do her hair as arranged. 10.45 on Thursday 13th , Mum was adament. Very cross with Wendy , not going to give her a tip next time blah blah.
I phoned Wendy up this morning , 'l put the appt on their calendar'
Appt today 12.30 on the calendar , Mum was gobsmacked she got it wrong . Of course it was poor old Bob's fault

Tell me all , l am truly curious, do any of you cry at music or carols that you listen to ? I went to a memorial for our local GP once , l cried and cried, it was so moving.

Just watching Churchills steam train on the Antiques roadshow trip , it's amazing , l/we would love to go
