Crazy hopefully your plumber is on the case and you are getting the loo sorted .
We had a leak from our loo a few years ago , flush and some water escaped at the base . I told DH ....he bloody FLUSHED it . Water dripping through the floor to the ultility while "D" H rummaged about to turn the water off . Could've killed the bugger and no Court would convict me .

Hairspray make a little hat with bells , or even better Demon Horns

I went to Costco a couple of weeks back, it was fine , they don't let the store overcrowd .

DS asked for his bedding to be washed , I put his new stretch jersey bedding through the wash and put it on . It's lovely like the softest TShirt , not too hot . But a nightmare to fit - usually pillows slide into the cases , these need wrestled in. Zips not studs/buttons .

I need to treat my DD to a shopping trip, might organise one before I go and see my DParents .

Crazy How is DH and your bathroom? It sounded like a perished seal, so it shouldn't take that long to fix it.

Today, due to my "issues" , I have eaten a bag of crisps, a bag of mini cheddars and a maple and pecan danish pastry.
So that's none of my ? a day
Although technically the crisps were potato, which was a vegetable last time I checked...so might count as, erm, 1?

I'm trying the Chocolate Malted Milks soon.

Wellll boots the cheddar can count as a protein and everyone knows that nuts are a good source of essential fatty acids.....

(I have a bag of pecans that I bought to go into some Cinnamon Bum mix .........)

Marshmallow I was so stressed today I haven't really eaten except for my delicious boiled eggs and soldiers for breakfast so I've just eaten a warmed up a bowl of my leek & potato soup with a bread roll.

Firefly if only it was clean water 🤢 Because the issue turned out to be both a blockage in the waste pipe and a failing join where the waste pipe joins the toilet, clean it was not 😩

Similar memories here. We had lovely holidays abroad (always in Spain) but I particularly enjoyed a static caravan holiday in Devon and a cottage in Tenby - weather was rubbish but it was so cosy and we got to mooch about in pjs and play board games all day.

Oh god 70, if DH hadn't jumped straight in to clear up the flood I would have killed him I think even if he did moan constantly about his slippers being ruined

So, update. Plumber has done a temp fix on the toilet so it works fine but he's told the landlady the whole down pipe thing (no idea if that's the right word) needs to be replaced. It needs a specialist as it's asbestos so she's going to have to arrange one.
I've cleaned the bathroom because they left it in a state 🙄and been for a nice walk to clear my head. I feel a lot better and as DH has gone out for a few hours I'm watching Brooklyn Nine Nine and about to make myself a cuppa (anyone surprised that it's a Christmas episode - the Die Hard / Yippee Kayak Other Buckets one for any fans)

You could've exchanged with a completion date after the change though too! It's the date of the transaction that counts, after all.

I don't understand it tbh Fluffy , l haven't got a clue and the Welsh Govt site has no info about it at all! l even messaged the LTT l do not now how many times an dthey have not got back to me it's worse than useless. Obviously her solicitor doesn't understand it either.
