New thread for our 'bonus' day today.

It's the anniversary of our gran dying today; she was a brilliant lady. Very young at heart. ❤️❤️ Very knowledgeable too.

It's windy today, isn't it? We have a Spanish-named storm coming across.

I think corona is concerning in the sense that any potential pandemic is concerning generally. And, as I said, I'm not that keen on being quarantined for a fortnight or more!

I also don't trust our government to act in our best interests over the whole thing.

Anyway, kids' party with DS today. Wooooo!

I went to the v expensive village shop and got some v expensive ginger nuts! and chocolate they did have some lurpak but as we do have some left I didn't want to pay ££££ for it. At least I know it's there. Poor DH will be dispatched to Tesco first thing tomorrow.

We're doing a Sains dash tomorrow first thing. Not sure how they work out who the over 70s + vulnerable are for their "happy hour" as DH looks fit enough from the outside, he could flash his bypass scar i suppose?

I don't think they're policing it, just hoping people will be considerate

It's warm enough (just) to have the kitchen door open, and I'm loving it! I love spring! Nice to be able to air the house, as well.

Also - epic first world problem. Now we're not at work, we're not taking packed lunches, and I have nowhere to store my Tupperware! It's usually in the fridge with food in!

I've had stir fry for lunch. Can't order any more noodles for delivery at the weekend, though! Ridiculous!

Stir fry for tea here, have sorted out under the stairs, looks much better!!

Show offs. I can't have the stir fry I was planning because they didn't have the beef strips I ordered 😭 I've got nothing I can use instead either

If anyone requires eggs we have loads of the bloody things. We have them delivered from a local farm and DH thinks he eats way more than he actually does

Fire Dd2 hates working from home bless her she is missing the craic and the buzz from the others , is as moserable as sin and she is eating me out of house and home
Boot Dh has cut the heads off my Mum's & our Hydrangeas and cut big weeds out of the lawn and reseeded them. I don't think you will have trouble tomorrow in Sains. Our neighbour over the road went to Waitrose and said it was fine there , not actually checking up on ppl's age at all. Dh had to go and change their light bulb on the stairs , he kept his distance and gelled/washed hands before and after . He wouldn't have done it except it was dangerous for them going up and down with no light.
Fluffy they are sharing their food so we would take it up on the way to Bob's . If they did move in we would have to pass Mum's so we could pick up food on the way. I can't see it happening tbh , the both sibs are so horrible. My sister asked my Mother 'are you feeding Bob? If so l hope you are taking it in turns to pay!' Mum put the phone down on her and l don't blame her . It is like a dictatorship

Bloody DH decided to go into the shop on the way home from work then said 'oh they haven't got any meat' duh of course they haven't. Idiot. He's refusing to go in the morning too. I'll have to go during the priority hour next week which is annoying as I didn't want to go out ever again

I dont blame you Wreck l never want to leave the bloody house again and l am imagining l have got it all the time. I have a strange throaty feeling , just ate a hug apple ok though but I am off my food , which is not normal but l am sure it is my bloody brainbox playing me up

I had 'lung' pain the other day but it was definitely just anxiety. I also didn't want to eat anything, again it was just anxiety. I think it's normal to symptom spot.

Same here, tight chest Wednesday, sore throat again today, it's horrible.
