flouncy as the mother of a teenager with a black belt in karate I can tell you that they are still grumpy and moody but are now able to kill you.

Morning.

We've had sleet here this morning. Too wet though for anything to lay.

I was going to try and find a rugby club for DS but maybe I won't now.

I've a Tesco order coming soon and then I'm going to batch cook while dc get to watch CBeebies. It's their favourite time.

I'm making bolonagse (sp?)
Cottage pie
Chilli (I have a lot of mince)
Gammon

DD’s slept most of the day god love her, she’s really under the weather. Hopefully lots of rest will do her good. It was lovey and sunny here this morning but it has gone cloudy now, it is meant to rain through the night.

How is your DS now, fluffy?. How old is he if you don’t mind me asking. DD has been struggling since starting reception, I think your LB is a bit older, she’s been really grouchy.

Are you making all that today neros?

NoWordForFluffy · 27/01/2020 13:34

Nero, that's a busy old day!

Flouncy, I'm lovely to work with, but not so good to come up against if you're either incompetent or a dick. Or both!

It's getting cold here now. Hopefully your sleet doesn't come over, Nero!

I'm hereeeeee, just been mega busy, haven't read the thread yet so I'll do that in a minute.

I have just emptied a kitchen cupboard, I found a Christmas pudding out of date in 2012, how embarrassing Blush

Hi PJ I think you could still eat it and survive though!!! Or maybe not.

TheWoollybacksWife · 27/01/2020 14:20

PJ Christmas pudding is basically dried fruit, sugar and booze. It will keep until the second coming 🤣

Mumbassa · 27/01/2020 14:31

That’ll be fine PJGrin

PJMasksGhekko · 27/01/2020 14:34

I like Christmas pudding bring it round to me grins

NoWordForFluffy · 27/01/2020 16:55

There's 3 posters on here in the same town. They could get together to eat the bloody pudding! I nominate why's house as it's kind of in the middle.

Flouncy, we sound very similar actually. 😁

Fluffy that sounds like a plan. Obviously if I am risking life and limb for sampling ancient Christmas pudding, there will be photos and a running commentary.

whydoesitalwayshappentome · 27/01/2020 17:11

Although Flouncy I would prefer pudding without a hairy coating. Call me fussy if you will.

NoWordForFluffy · 27/01/2020 17:15

That's what knives are invented for. Chop coating off = no fur!

I'm sure it will be fine. As I don't like it, I'm afraid I can't test the theory, however!
