Thank you why, I was admitted into a secure unit where I was monitored, I had a doctor who came in to review my mental health and my tablets and decided that the tablets that I am on are fine for me and the issue would be better resolved with a psychiatrist as it stems from my past. I also was reluctant to be on any higher medication. I went to A&E after struggling with suicidal thoughts and they believed it was best for me to stay in a safe place where I could be monitored.

Ooh. Forgot to post my cross stitch last night. You can see the tree coming on. It's bloody slow going though!

Flouncy said I would be kept busy until Easter with the 2 Heritage ones, but I reckon this one will keep me going til then alone. And beyond!

The weather is gorgeous here, you wouldn't believe it sunny , blue skies not a cloud in the sky, it has gone colder though but l don't mind that it is just lovely to see such a nice day

The cinema was really good. Couldn't eat where we were going to because the kitchen had a problem which is annoying as I was looking forward to it. Bought the dc some bits and mil paid for lunch so that's good.

The cross stitch is a mindfulness type thing for me. I like the inability to think about much else while I'm doing it. You know I'm not renowned for my patience in general, why!

We have had strange weather today. Sunshine so bright I had to close the blinds to watch the tv (catching up with Endeavour from the weekend while DS was out with a friend) and rain and hail of biblical proportions.

Thank you for the well wishes everyone, it means a lot❤️❤️. I agree that it’s best to take a step back from social media sometimes, I was only in hospital for a short time and the rest of it I spent focusing on my family. I definitely don’t want to be on social media as much as I used to be.

Morning!

It's rather windy again. I'm bored of wind now! The washing put out overnight is probably dry though! 😂

I'm hopefully going to catch up today. I had to do 5 applications yesterday, which took loads of my time up. I have a plan today, so will see if I can stick to it! 😂 Something normally crops up!

Mrs, I get off the train at about 5.45 and it was still half light and wasn't quite dark when I walked through the door 15 minutes later. I'm loving watching the days lengthen.

This winter has been awful. Not overly cold, but wet and windy. I've done loads less at the allotment than I'd like.

Emrys, good going on the cabbages. Word of warning: snails and slugs LOVE brassicas, so you'll need to keep an eye out for the slimy bastards.

He's giant fluffy! I always forget until I see other cats. Still can't believe he was in the rescue centre twice. He's a pain but he's not like most cats, more like a dog

I'm fed up of the weather too. Have to go food shopping with the dc today which won't be fun then dd has physio later after that she's going to a friends for a sleepover.
