So, better late than never, thread 2!

Fluffy I've jus googled the Heritage Church cross stitch. It looks lovely but fiddly - can't wait to see it finished.

I want to work on a Bothy Threads Highland Cow one next if I ever finish my beach one but need to find it at a reasonable price first.

Woolly I love the smell of mastic. My dad is a tradesman though and spent my childhood making / fitting Windows & doors so mastic smells comforting / like home to me 😊

I'm in work and my concentration is a bit rubbish. I got given a project yesterday but my other one (and my actual job) are ongoing so I'm a bit overwhelmed.
I'm just making a cuppa then I'm going to give myself 30 mins to write a to do list and prioritise it - I always feel so much better when I have a plan!

I use the attached as a speed test. It works well.

Fluffy my to do list is done and I'm very proud of it. I wrote a master list then printed off the next 3 months worth of my calendar. I've booked meetings when I know I have the time and each meeting has a mini to do list attached so I know the deadlines for my tasks along the way I may also have colour coded the tasks and meetings according to if they relate to project 1, project 2 or my actual job

I'm going to peruse eBay this evening because I've looked everywhere except there!

Flouncy I've seen similar highland cow stuff but I'm really taken with the cross stitch, it's so cute (pic attached).

MrsMad we've had lovely weather today haven't we? Bright, cloudless but freezing 🥶
Also, I'm so annoyed that football got in the way of Silent Witness part 2. I usually watch them together so waited until last night, watched part 1 then realised part 2 wasn't on until tonight 🤬

I'm home from a last minute invite to my DMs for tea. Im so happy - dnephew stood on his own without holding on for the first time ever! He did it for a while before any of us twigged and I don't think he realised what he was doing but it's so exciting. His physio is obviously working really well 😁

PJ, DH had a persistent tooth infection last year. I hope your DH is recovered soon.

Mrs, it was good, but I easily predicted the ending as soon as he found what he did. I called it straight away (even without my glasses on!).

It feels cold here today judging by the indoor temp. I shall find out soon.

It's not that cold here. No frost at all and definitely no frozen bins.

It says 'feels like' -1° but while it's chilly, I don't think it's that bad (I did have to run home for something though, then walk fast to the station, so the warming effect of that probably masked it!).

We have frost too, make the most of this weather, the weekend is meant to be bad.

Going Lidl shopping today, DD1 likes the mini cucumbers from there

Definitely cold there, flouncy!

Being coastal assists here, we don't get many hard frosts really.

Very frosty here , minus 1 this morning BRRR!
Didn't have chance to post this morning had to go to Mum's and get her sorted , when we got there the fridge has started to drip water on the floor so it needed defrosting , she still has an ice box in her fridge, so l did that and washed the kitchen floor then dropped her off at Bob's
We went for a lovely ride over the Storey arms to Merthyr then , this pic is literally what it is like there it is absolutely beautiful
