Thank you @CupoTeap for the title!

Just a reminder you can watch the thread by clicking on ‘watch this thread’ at the top of the first message. It’s much easier for everyone than so many place marking every time which can use up a fair chunk of each thread to scroll through Thanks

For anyone considering the Hype deal, I chances my luck with a discount code HYPE015, and it took 15% off which covers the P&P and then some.

Not sure if I need 2 backpacks, but with 3 dc and numerous parties, sure I’ll be able to offload somewhere!

weebarra · 16/11/2019 15:47

@Smelly50 - that was me, thank you so much!

Elphaba17 · 16/11/2019 15:49

SheStoodIntheStorm, I'm sorry for what you're going through. I've been there too and know how much it hurts. I see Reastie has very kindly changed the thread title so hope you'll feel able to stick around now. Bargain shopping is a great distraction for all kinds of woes, or at least that's what I tell myself everytime I check my bank balance lol

hypodermicnurdle · 16/11/2019 15:55

Hype backpacks ahoy!

Elphaba17 · 16/11/2019 16:02

The Entertainer has some good deals on board games. I got Break Free for £10, Speak out £3 and Fantastic Gymnastics Vault Challenge for £5.75.

Smelly50 · 16/11/2019 16:08

@weebarra they are on sale from next Sunday and look great value . Grill and accessories

Just ordered the hype back backs using the code. Hopefully they will be suitable for the ds’s.

andi76 · 16/11/2019 16:24

Thanks for the Hype backpacks & code - have now ordered for the present cupboard, unless one of them is stunningly, amazingly suitable for one of my four.

Limitedsimba123 · 16/11/2019 16:24

I have a Boden £10 off £30 if anyone wants it.

SkintSanta · 16/11/2019 16:30

Has anyone an M&S discount code left? Turns out I need new tree decorations Grin

Billsbill · 16/11/2019 16:32

Thanks for your updates on Hype lucky dips. DS thankfully for now isn't too fussy. With the extra discount posted it brought it down to £68 so worth a go and if not I believe you can send it all back. Thanks everyone. Fingers crossed it will include all least a few wrappable Christmas presents

username2020 · 16/11/2019 16:40

need warm clothes / jackets etc for my xmas pressie - a trip to iceland. Afraid the north face discount is still too dear for me.

Also need a mens scarf etc set and some mens office decor stuff (not a home office)

Just trying to think of possible mens gift ideas

whoknows1230 · 16/11/2019 16:42

Do we think the LOL glampervan will come down any further in price on Black Friday?

Zillaindie · 16/11/2019 16:58

Thanks for Hype heads up.

I have no requirement for two discounted backpacks however i have still ordered them.
Happy to do a swap amnesty on arrival with anyone needing something more suitable if mine dont fit the imaginary persons mine belong to.

Ewock · 16/11/2019 17:07

I posted at the end of the last threa but wondered if anyone could recommend a car dvd player for my dc? We've got several long journeys next yr and a regular 3hr each way one after xmas, so thought these might help. I'm not sure where to go or even if its worth it. My dc are 6 and 3 Thanks

IveGotALovelyBunchOfCoconuts · 16/11/2019 17:10

@username2020 try mountain warehouse - always good sales

@Ewock we download movies on an iPad and use a car mount that sits between the seats - works a treat

NaturalBlondeYeahRight · 16/11/2019 17:11

@Ewock can’t recommend a particular type as we had them about 10 years ago but they were worth their weight in gold. Saved many a long car journey for our two when they were little. You want one with two screens, one for each head rest.

Limitedsimba123 · 16/11/2019 17:13

Boden code sent to first to PM me

DelurkingAJ · 16/11/2019 17:16

We have a Voyager DVD player set. Can play different or the same DVDs. Invaluable for car trips over a couple of hours as I have one who gets horribly far sick if he reads or looks down (like his DM!).

Limitedsimba123 · 16/11/2019 17:17

Does anyone have a recommendation for a wireless car charging mount for a Samsung s10? DP saw one on twitter ads but it has terrible reviews. There seems to be loads on Amazon but I don’t trust their reviews anymore.

Ewock · 16/11/2019 17:26

Thank you so much. I'm that daft I hadn't even thought about needing one with two screens! The voyager one sounds interesting. I'm off to do some research thanks again.

PoopaPoopa · 16/11/2019 17:36

This is probably common sense to most people but Waitrose are selling the Edgar dragon toys and merch as well as JL. I bought one from the JL website and paid £3.50 postage as there isn’t a JL local to me. Popped in to a little Waitrose two minutes from my house and they had loads in there 🤦🏼‍♀️

margaritasbythesea · 16/11/2019 17:38

Quidco have 20% cashback at The Book People this weekend.

Thanks for the new thread Reastie.

tabbycat985 · 16/11/2019 17:38

Does anyone know of a KiddyMoon discount code? Or even if they exist? There's a box for one at the checkout but I can't find any online

youscumbagyoumaggot · 16/11/2019 17:38

National trust - buy a gift membership and pay by annual direct debit to receive a £10 NT gift card.
Buy NT gift online and get 10% off and free delivery on orders over £50. Code GIFT19

I also have a 10% off shop Disney order for signing up to their newsletter that I'm no longer going to use, if anyone wants it?
