Thank you to @IHeartKingThistle for mentioning that the Lavazza Milk Easy milk frother had come down to £19. I was dithering between it and the Milk Up at £39, and that’s made the decision much easier.

The assistant in John Lewis was very enthusiastic about the Milk Easy, said she’d been using one for some time and explained in detail about how to use it. It may not be as easy to clean as the Milk Up as it doesn’t have a separate jug to go in the dishwasher, but looks much sleeker.

@Carrie76 - there was a game console on the Studio website that was mentioned. Could be that one?

Just wondering if anybody knows any bargains on fleece duvet sets. Grumpy dd, who doesn’t want driving lessons for her main present, Grin has asked for a set. Thank you very much.

@RickOShay the teddy fleece sets from Dunelm are lovely, very soft and seem to have washed well. I’ve also seen Next do them.

@MulberryPeony I have a Boden code if you're still looking for one?

I lurk on these threads but rarely post as I never spot any bargains but I'm more than happy to pass it on as I won't use it. I agree it seems bad form to nab one off codes without a 'thank you'

I'm guilty of taking a code and not saying thanks Confused I started writing, then 2yo DS jumped off the table and I completely forgot, then it was a new thread and I completely forgot. Belated thanks for an addidas code!

I PM’d someone a Boden code and realised that someone up thread had also done it. But my recipient definitely said thank you! Hopefully they used it or passed it on.

I want to thank whoever recommended TawnyEl on Etsy. My box with random I dgreduants/ spells arrived. So cute. Even my DS 16 said he would like one!

To the two PPs who were asking about men's slippers, I got nice Ted Baker ones from Brand Alley a few weeks ago. They seem to still have them but I think sizes are limited.

@PoopaPoopa dd6 who is obsessed with baby dolls wanted a Reborn this year too. After a lot of research from me I realised there are only a couple of options at the lower £100 end. Mostly the same doll, painted differently by different artists. I can't remember the specific name of the kit but you'd find it on Etsy. Problem is, I found the artist I liked the most and messaged to order and turned out she was fully booked until after Christmas and that was ages ago. I did see some other similar ones on Etsy but I wasn't quite as happy with the them. Then DD was cooing over the Tiny Treasures dolls and I really pushed that Wink. I showed her pictures on the Instagram page and a few unboxing videos on YouTube and now she is desperate for one. I wasn't sure about them at first, but they are honestly so lovely in person. Very much a reborn type doll with its weight. I think you've just missed the Argos toys 20% offer but if there are no more deals for Black Friday, £40 is still less than half the price of a reborn.
