Wreck I hope your DD gets some school support soon. I think it's hard at her age, she's not a baby so is aware of what's happening around her. I remember overhearing about a road rage killing at a similar age and being terrified every time we stopped at traffic lights. I guess as a child you don't have enough experience to rationalise that the things you're worried about are very unlikely to happen.
Acey you're managing so well. I'm sorry your family aren't supporting you though, that's really rubbish.
Glad seeing him today helped you, it's much better to have an image of him as he was rather than the ill him which was no where near what you picture when you think of him.
Welcome Wheelchair I love that you're posting from so far away. I'm really sorry if this is stereotypical but I straight away imagine a huge Christmas tree and lots of lights outside your house, letting people know how much you love Christmas decs
MrsMad The emojis are brill aren't they? Me and DH have whole text conversations with them sometimes 👍🏻
My current faves are 🙄😩🥂🎄👀🦊⛄️🚨💸💞 and of course 🏴🏴🏴
Well I have had a very long day at work however, I managed to get half of the things I needed from town in my lunch break (including the recommended Bucks Fizz from M&S). Also stopped at Tesco on the way home to pick something up for tea and added 2 Christmas presents to my trolley. Operation - all done by December is well on the way!
I can't remember who posted but I can't find Christmas radio either. Am also not getting many opportunities to indulge in Christmas TV movies however, I have started popping my headphones in and listening to my Christmas playlist while crocheting while earning brownie points by letting DH watch Gold Rush or car programmes
