Glad to hear that Addie is being so active Acey, it is the thing I really miss about pregnancy so enjoy it :)

Does anyone know how side is doing?

Lidl had Christmas trees and lots of decorations and lights today. And a good few nice looking kids toys, wooden train sets etc.

It's Wednesday, hurrah! I seem to be losing control of my week. Need to pull it back today!

It's rather windy today. Dry at present, but has been raining. It'll probably start again at 6.29, just before I leave the house.

Drinking coffee and watching BBC breakfast news. Is Carol the Weather on today? 😆

Got a busy day today, need to carry on clearing my dads flat out, also have to pick up the death certificate this morning and go to the funeral parlour this morning too. It’s going to be tough but he wouldn’t want me moping around feeling sorry for myself.

Wreck - unfortunately my family seem to have completely fallen apart, I’m his next of kin so it’s been left for me to do and one of my brothers is helping me. Everyone else has completely shut down and fell apart.

Redgreen - Addie is my first and its so amazing feeling her move and kick, sometimes she just goes wild it’s so wonderful. I can imagine how much you must miss feeling the movement and kicks when you aren’t pregnant any more.

Need to go now as I need coffee before this long day begins, I will check in later though!

I have to take dd to a hospital appointment today a good sixty miles away. Have had to swap my day off 😭😭 I feel like I won't get a day off this week but the hospital had an M&S food so dd and I will be having lunch there 😁

Morning everyone, I’m making breakfast for DC whilst DH gets them dressed. Got a fairly lazy day today, no work so will clean the house and watch some tv. Hope you’re doing well

Have finalised my Christmas plans.

This is the first year that I will not be waking up at my parents house!

To be fair, I only live a 20min walk from them, and we will be going round there after church at 11ish for the rest of the day... so not cutting the apron strings entirely!

I actually feel sorry for her they are getting very demanding and it sounds like she is in for a roasting lol .

MrsMad, you’re welcome to come here, ‘‘tis windy and pouring down! My raincoat showed it’s worth yesterday though as the taxi speeding through a puddle that aimed to splash me head to toe (I heard him speed up going into the bus lane and fly through the puddle) only actually wet my trousers below my knees (I had my back to him or my face would have been well drenched as well! Grr!)

Acey I didn't miss DS2 pressing his feet against the inside of my ribs, actually between the top 2! I hope Addie doesn't do that to you!

I remember Biddy, walking to work and a car did that to me, a big, muddy, wet smear all up my ski pants for the rest of the day. 😠

DS2's at the British Museum today to look at mummies. 😆

I looked at Christmassy stuff (of course), bought myself mincemeat puffs and chocolate shortbread, just had a cheese and tomato omelette and a banana. 🎅🎄🍫😋🍌

Boring day full of meetings for me today 😴 although I have arranged a pub lunch - catch up for my lunch hour to break up the day.
I may also be taking in a few lists which I can covertly add to during the bits of the meeting which don't relate to me / my dept. I have a gift idea list, a Christmas to do list and a list which I'm supposed to use to note what I would like for Christmas which currently just states : journal because that's all I can think of and I don't know exactly which one I want .

I have one list, the DC's present list. All of the clothes/dress up are going to have to be ordered online. 😭

Absolutely shattered now! We have a 4 story house and I’ve cleaned top to bottom and sorted the cellar out. DH gets home from work soon so we’re going for a meal just the two of us before we have to pick up DC from school. Haven’t got around to watching the tv but think we’ll put on a Christmas film when the boys get home. For now I’m dedicating my time to finding a name for this one, we have a girls name sorted, Enid Rosemary. But still super stuck on a boys name!

Boys' names are much more difficult.

I think so too Philomena we have a very different style when it comes to boys names and I’m struggling to find ones I love now, our boys are called Algy, Clement (Clem) and Ike.

PSB I picked up my Funko Pop this morning. What a cheery little festive chap 😂

Isn't he just the spirit of Christmas! DD hasn't got any Fortnite ones, she's got Lolbit and Jack-O-Bonnie from FNAF.

I've got a lovely friend called Clem! Ike has negative connotations to me because of Tina Turner's husband (sorry!).

I'm Team Clem! Enid is unusual these days. Nice!

Acey glad to hear you're having lots of movements :) I had an anterior placenta with DD so I know it can takes ages to feel movements. I'm sorry to hear you're doing most of the work, the rest of the family really need to get their act together, you're all grieving the same loss, it's not fair putting it all on a pregnant lady.

philomena you're up in the night again! I hope you managed to get back to sleep. I hope your DS has a great time at the museum :)

It's raining here, I hate having to put the raincover on the buggy, makes the school run even more miserable! we waited over half an hour yesterday as the bus decided to just not stop, it was half empty too so god knows why??? and the next one was really late :(

And we're gone! Left at 8:30 this morning 😴 the weather driving back was awful and now my feet hurt.

How about Magnus? I think that's a cool name. Or Cassius. My ds is Felix but I reckon that might be too mainstream for you 😁
