Did they look at you like you were slightly bonkers ? I'm going to look today for the GH mag but I have a feeling they'll step away and mutter about it being August

I had training this morning and a half day leave so DD and ! are going to get our hair cut >

Fluffy & 70 thank you so much for asking bout Dad , the consultant was very pleased with him, His WCC was back to 29 after hitting 50 so she was really happy with him, he is so much better and l know he is 88 and he isn't going to live forever but every little bit of extra time is such a huge bonus for us all .
I am going to get the GH mag too l am gonna treat myself, to hell with it !!
Am off to Cwmbran tomoz , have to visit the crem, got to get DD2 birthday pressies , not many because she/ we/ they have so much already and they just want money anyway. I think she is going to change her phone so she can use the money to do that then. Got to get my Dad some flannelette sheets from Shaws & some Gaviscon too while l am there ...must remember . He has terrible night sweats from the CMML and his spleen is enlarged and presses on his tum and gives him indigestion , asked his Cons today and she didn't want to prescribe Omeprazole because it lowers the bacteria killing acid in his stomach and because his immunity is lowered he can't have it . I am going to make sure he has his Flu jab too , he never wants to have it but she was insistent to him again today , he had it last year after she told him, he wouldn't do it for anyone else! He loves her and does everything she tells him to do lol. It does help she is absolutely lovely and so pretty & slim, Dad has fallen for her hook line and sinker lol.

After my friend bought me Cats on DVD, it dawned on me instantly that it was the same rhythm Mrs! I couldn't resist singing it after that! I don't think anyone heard me yesterday though, more's the pity. 😂

Picked DS2 up, he saw DD as they were having a trip there too, had spaghetti carbonara with garlic pizza bread, DS2 was in bed by 7.30. 😋🍝😴

DS had omeprazole as a new born. That was fun! I have it to take with my Naproxen for my shoulder. I try to take it on a full stomach instead though.

I used to be into Musicals big time but life gets in the way and our tastes change . We used to go to London regularly to see musicals and plays before the DDS came and then life changes so much when you are bringing up a family. You don't get the time to do things for yourself any more. When the parents are gone we will have time for ourselves again , meanwhile we grab whatever time together we can . I think a lot of ppl must be in the same boat as us tbh , it is what it is and we wouldn't have it any other way 'there's a time for us ' lol one of my favourite musicals .

Macavity's my favourite Mrs, even though he's a baddy. We read Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats at school when I was 9, he was my favourite then.

I always thought musicals were a bit silly, but I love Cats.

I like musicals too, PSB, but I don't think I've seen Cats. My favourite is Calamity Jane - whip crack away! I wonder if any of your chants fit the rhythm for that - I grew up United Reformed in the Girls Brigade, but neither the Lord's prayer nor the GB Promise would fit... I really want to see Lion King. We had tickets when it toured but I was ill so we sent my DPs instead. DDad is not a fan of musicals but he loved it!

Morning! I'm just waiting for the train to work. It's nice and sunny, but starting to be autumnal in that it's damp at either end of the day and the days are really drawing in now.
