I'm jealous of your green fingers fluffy we have quite a big garden but no time/money/motivation to do anything!

Poor ds fell off his bike yesterday, lots of bloody, a wobbly tooth, bruised chin and split lip tie.

I'm jealous of your large garden. I could grow loads with more space. I just grow small amounts of stuff; not enough to be self sufficient, just enough for a taste of homegrown!

Fluffy ...l bet you are right re the fitbit , I like to do about 3-4 miles a day if l can. He has a good app on his phone tbf but I would love him to have a Fitbit too.......never mind we shall see......watch this space!

Off to do shopping for DP's and take it there and hope to get a walk in too we'll see, mum wasn't well over the weekend , she had a URTI which was interfering with her breathing and she was wheezing like hell, l fished out my DD2 old Ventolin inhaler and Aerovent and she was much better for it. I might have to take her to the Gp we'll see .....

you may find as you get older your interests change and you will enjoy gardening, quite honestly l feel like I have totally changed personalities since getting older lol. I never ever ever did any walking . I was a real couch potato!!

I got the last of my xmas presents on Saturday! DF got me and mum tickets to the Anton and Erin hollywood to broadway show and it was fab!

Made me miss strictly though, that always feels like countdown to xmas!

It's been lovely today. I marched to Tesco and back in my lunch break and got rather warm.

Yes I was thinking we have lost Sprout and Fridge and Biddy !
I reckon Biddy has been in a very relaxed state since her hot stone massage on Sat and totally off the net !
Hope all ok looks cold out there this morning but no rain so off for our usual walk in a bit. Market day in Abergavenny so we will go and have a good look at the stalls. It seems to have become a routine since we have retired.
My mums birthday on Friday she is 86, so we will have to get her a few things . I am going to do her perfume, a top and pr of trousers and little food presents welsh cakes, box of Thorntons choc covered fudge ,pkt of butter tablet and box of their special toffee. She loves their special toffee, she has just lost a tooth from the Christmas toffee mwah haha I shouldn't lol but she was very coy about the reason and then Dad let on the reason why. I bought 3 trays of Walkers toffee with the hammer , there were 4 slabs of toffee in each . She had a tray from me , she ate that, my sister thought my Dad had eaten it and gave him the tray I gave her and she ate that, I gave her the 3rd tray because l thought Dad was eating it and enjoying it , Dad is very slim and fussy about his food so when we find something he likes we always go overboard lol , yes she ate that! Then the tooth came out and Dad revealed all. LOL! She ate 12 slabs of toffee in about 6 weeks!! still I suppose that is only 2 slabs a week so it isn't so bad when you look at it like that .......

Ohhhh Strictly gossip Hairspray! I love the sound of that. I just want Anton to become a judge on Strictly, he would be so funny and sweet to the contestants. I don't think they will though , I don't like that Shirley woman lol. Glad you had a great time !

Hahahahahaha - plop! (That's the sound of my head falling off!!).

Nope, my massage on Sat was frustrating - room was cold, massage itself was VERY light touch, and I couldn't relax afterwards as the relaxation suite was full of cackling women visiting the hotel (about 3 groups of 3, all very very chatty and using up ALL the beds). And they've changed the changing rooms so I couldn't sneak a swim either......

Instead, I decided to try and ruin my eyesight again working on my cross-stitch (current project, started, um, 3 years ago is a pair of holly leaves and berries) - I have almost finished it off though - only need to finish the final green (there are 3 - I am about 1/4 of the way through that one) and the black outline at the end.

Work is absolutely manic though - big submission getting finalized (I sent my parts off this morning) and a few other big projects are rearing their heads as well. DH due home tonight, the hairdresser is also coming tonight (booked weeks before DH travels!), and I intend to sleep like a baby after all that!!

I'll catch up with you all asap

I'm here! Wilf has been very unwell and we were in hopsital all day friday with him. Sorry, I am literally dashing through, tonnes of work, husband away. Luckily Wilf is back at school but I am so worried about him. Wreck, please take the cards :) I found some where they shouldn't have been!
