My three sprouts is plenty!!

Fluffy - waiting for a date, it was agreed in September so I am hopeful for the first half of the year. The only trouble is it is at an orthopaedic hospital an hour from home so probably won’t see the boys for a few days. At least next Christmas I won’t be crying walking around ikeA!!

Hope everyone had the best of days. I bought a few things on Christmas eve I got the m& s perfume sets that were reduced to 12 and a couple of zebra cushions from asda. We had an amazing day I drank half a bottle of M& S Yule log think Bailey's but more choc and it did me the world of good lol hic! I also had a few drops of bachs rescue remedy this morning and it was very relaxing --it was either that or the yule log that relaxed me lol. Now for the cleaning up and putting away of stuff .....my handbag from NESS was to die for I love it!!!

I'll be lucky to get to 40 without having a hip replacement so I feel your pain (literally)

Ah Wreck, the young adult hip team are trying to preserve my hip as they put it :) i was born with hip dysplasia that no one noticed. I had it reshaped and washed out and cartilage shaved seven years ago. This time they are going to remove a rather massive cyst, wash it out and then staple the cartilage to my hip socket. They are hoping I’ll get to 50 before a full replacement. I might get a resurfacing before then.

This is wilf and I being silly with our nerf guns before I had to lay on the sofa with the stupid hip.

Looking forward to my turkey and pickle today plus trifle that I made even though i knew we were going to SIL's after lunch and wouldn't have time to eat it.

We had a lovely day yesterday. First one in 13years that we've had a ridiculously early start (3am! Wtf!) but no one was allowed downstairs until 7 so it was a lot of "go back to bed" (they have their stockings on their beds so had something to open and play not very quietly with). Had a moment when I realised dh had put ds1's main tree present in his stocking and dh did the whole "well how am I meant to know" thing which was incredibly frustrating as I had only wrapped it at 11pm Christmas Eve in front of dh and discussed it was for the tree men! Next year I will be filling all the stockings as dh obviously cannot be trusted lol.
They all loved their gifts and that's the main thing.

And although we were absolutely shattered last night we were still up to 10pm wrapping as it's ds3's birthday today. Definitely no thread baby from here, dh has had a vasectomy as 4 dc are plenty!

Disappointed in sales, although I did spend a bit too much in the sass and belle sale on Christmas decorations for next year. Oops

I have bilateral hip dysplasia but apart from some pain and wonkiness it's not too bad right now!

2 mini Hunan’s is enough for us... having a 3 week old and a toddler at Christmas has been wonderful, if a tad stressful getting everything ready! I’m amazed we managed!

No Christmas Thread Babies here (I'm 51, that ship has definately sailed, sold up and battened down the hatches )

My teens had better wait years before making me a Grandmother , I'm not ready for any of that yet.

DD slept through her guinea-pigs sqwacking for breakfast (I know it wasn't my piggie , hers are the loud ones ) so I said she better wake up when her human babies cry - but she reckons all her babies will be like her (ie woke up, feed,change, no drama )
