Hairspray sounds good that you are sorted and can start to plan making the space nice for yourself!
Woolly good luck with the cleaning and the viewing.
Mrs don't go too mad with all you are planning!
Ohh Sprouts, poor you and poor Sproutlings as well. I hope you are all on the mend soon.
Today, I spent far too much in the sales in a fabric shop (I went that part of the city for Cub badges but the Scout shop wasn't open yet, and the fabric shop had final reductions before their stock take). I did get 2 decent remnants of oil cloth for using at Cubs (keep the tables less messy when painting etc) for a song as well. But I mostly bought black fleece with skull and crossbones pattern to make soft furnishing for re-doing DD's room (a blanket/throw and some cushions - to avoid painting it black!), various embellishments and cardmaking bits, a small remnant of cotton for my stash, and some "Merry Christmas" ribbon.
And 8 balls of wool for at least 5 people's hats/scarves for Christmas 2018 presents. This year WILL be the year of homemade.....
This weekend though, I need to focus on tidying the spare bedroom and getting things properly organized for a very busy fortnight ahead (when DH is likely to be overseas for most of it
I only realized this morning that he's away now for the senior management conference at work, which is boooooring anyway but I have missed the gathering that is never arranged but always happens in a local hostelry afterwards for the past 4 years and I swore I was going this year - I even emailed him to put it in his diary....but as the dates changed and he didn't comment, I guess he forgot about that part....)
Oh, and Cubs Saturday, sailing Sunday and lots of paperwork as Cubs leaders meeting Saturday after kids go, and other committee meeting Tuesday night.
