We have a Gullivers near to us. I think there'd be rebellion if we went there instead of doing our usual (last 2 years) train!

We're going to lapland to see Father Christmas this year

DD is afraid of Santa, so we've not been to see him for the last two years. Fingers crossed this year will be the year. What exciting trips for you Tangled and Fridge

My kids still have the Christmas cd on in the car, I don't mind but we are getting strange looks lol x

These trips to Gullivers and Lapland and the train sound gorgeous , great idea to pre book too espesh if it saves you money and guarantees your tickets! We didn't have anything like this when our DDS were growing up we just did the usual father Christmas visits but we did go to Cardiff to I think it was called David Evans a huge dept store that did a lovely Father Christmas visit . Went to see the Celtic Manor too and that was lovely but they are all grown now and we will have to wait for the grandchildren to appear before we go to see Father Christmas again. I will have to live through you here till then lol !

I went to a very, very, very boozy work conference at the Celtic Manor, Mrs. Many moons ago now! It was very nice there!

We bought our train tickets in February last year, so I'm keeping an eye out for them again. 🚂

We took Mr Buble out the other day, SpecialK. A-ha have gone back in now (the MTV Unplugged one).

I've stayed in the celtic manor a few times for work, it is lovely.

I think as the boys get older we will do lapland or a train. Gullivers is great as they get a short panto, santa, lunch out, soft play and all the rides. For £50 for all of us, I think that is pretty good. We'd go at some point over the year anyway.

We will do Waddesdon, Kew and something else too. I can't book those till the summer.

My lot are too old for Santa visits now . I'll have to wait until I'm blessed with grandchildren not too soon, please

As Wreck how exciting, visiting Lapland is one of my bucket list destinations.

Decorations all coming down tomorrow and whilst I'm looking forward to having the space back I'll miss them being up.. However to make up for it I have just brought enough new decorations for next year.

We've been to Iceland twice and failed to see them, Wreck!

Apparently where we're going you have a really good chance of seeing them, a fair bit further north than Iceland so fingers crossed!
