Due on an overseas call in 40 minutes but half a bacon sandwich eaten so starting to feel vaguely human. I think I'll need a second coffee thogh....

I suggest some orange juice or a lemonade lolly after your sandwich Biddy. Has saved my poor head on several occasions

I can't believe Christmas is so close, and it's almost holiday time for me & DH and we're both bloody ill 🤒 We've had the cough / cold / bug each but both now have almost no voice and dry cough. Think it's a chest infection tbh 😷
Luckily I have the day off and not too much to do today (will be crocheting one last present, tidying up a bit and resting as much as possible).

9 days?!!!!!! I am properly excited now especially as I picked up the Christmas Radio Times yesterday and a little Christmas cross stitch. Passed my theory test this morning and now in a strangely quiet softplay, clearly everyone else is too busy doing their Christmas shopping

Squeeeee!! Sat at the last swimming lesson of the year. Our friends are coming this afternoon for dinner and to stay over. We will eat too much and watch Christmas movies. Tomorrow we are doing a Santa dash and going to Kew.
