My cake is all wrapped up before me, and it is a wonder to behold 😆

I have always used a recipe from a book given to me on my wedding day, but no matter how much I fed it, it never tasted amazing. So I gave up for a few years and just bought one.

This year, I made Delia'a cake, and goodness me, it tastes a hundred times better! Even DH is excited, and he was moaning about the cost of the ingredients beforehand 😀

I am going to make my first ever home made Christmas pud next week.

I did my GCSEs 24 years' ago...so old! 😂

Went to primark to see the HP stock and was a tad disappointed-they hardly had any at our local store.

Booking our santa train today - so excited!

Made festive spiced chutney this week... roll on 8 weeks when we can sample it! It will be almost November then!

Must get on with choosing my cake recipe for this year and think about making it... I think I did Mary berry last year.
