I came back to see if this thread went boom like the picture debacle. glad mainly people have come to be positive Grin. Honestly, who cares if if your giving one or thirty gifts?? This thread is for lists and those likeminded people who like lists - why join in if your just going to be offended and put out? The thread title is clear enough.

MtnBikeChick · 26/11/2014 09:16

Sometimes I read threads like this with my jaw on the floor at the amount of presents some people buy... and for a few minutes feel bad for only spending 20 on each of my DCs and 15 on one present each for everyone else (the rules in our family!)....and then I watch this and it puts everything right into perspective:

Dancergirl · 26/11/2014 09:19

rubmylamp - the Disney animator dolls - did I read that right, you've bought all of those??

RubMyLamp · 26/11/2014 10:39

dancer Yes, all of them. Either on the 2 for £30 or buy 2 get 1 free at Argos (they switch the offers regularly) the only two I got from Disney store was Pocahontas and Tinkerbell. I don't like paying full price for anything

Love these threads Smile

Riles me though that some posters feel the need to write derogatory comments towards posters who've spent a lot on their children. There would be an uproar if there were similar comments to those who don't spend as much. It goes both ways, don't be so insulting.

RubMyLamp I'd buy all the animator dolls too, they're beautiful! Grin

domi They already have Anna, Merida & Rapunzel for their birthdays earlier this year. My DSis got them, and now we are addicted... Real shame the Kristoff Animator isn't available in the UK, my DDs and my DNeph would love that!

The fancy dress isn't from Disney Store bollocks to that I paid £120 for 10 dresses and 7 wigs, and it was delivered within 48 hours of buying - I love eBay sometimes!

I've probably spent £500 in total on 2DDs, I don't think thats excessive at all.
I could buy loads more but my house isn't big enough. Its the first Christmas for 3 years that I've actually been able to buy them whatever I feel like buying them after having a tough few years as a single parent on benefits, so I give no bothers if people think I'm OTT. Grin
