Sorry, can't resist a bit of McCartney Christmas magic (that sounds a bit naughty Blush not meant to I assure you). Might balance it out with some good old Sir John of Lennon next time. Oh, just the thought of getting my Christmas CDs out of the loft is getting me excited (again, no naughty double meaning) Grin

I just got my despatch email from Letterbox. I ordered in the early hours of Saturday morning and it's being delivered tomorrow - so, fret not :-)

500internalerror · 25/09/2013 19:16

I'm going to get my Boden catalogue out of the recycling!

Vertbaudet colouring set free gift came today, very disappointing , but ds can have it for doing something fabulous one day Grin

mootime · 25/09/2013 19:17

Be good to know if you get everything Scorned. I am a little more concerned as I can't understand why they would send two things but not the rest if it was all in stock. Have opened them now and they are in v good condition. Fingers crossed I get another dispatch email soon.

Crutchlow35 · 25/09/2013 19:20

Oreocrumbs · 25/09/2013 19:33

Gadget the robot is £26.66 on Amazon today. I know most of us got it in 'robotgate' but for any new comers or anyone who missed it, this is a good price.

Also just bought (and will be putting away until next week probably) Sylvanian families maple manor £49.99 this has been £75 until now. So thrilled with that. Although this is too much to go in this years pile.

And to add to the ever growing pile I've bought Orchard toys shopping list £4.50.

I did get my stuff from Argos earlier, and mentioned it to Mam when I picked up DD. Who then gave me the £50 and said she will get those for Christmas for her!! So I really scored there Grin.

bymoonlight · 25/09/2013 19:41

How much did you all pay for Gadget the robert during Robertgate? Is he really good?

bymoonlight · 25/09/2013 19:41

*robot!

SpottyTeacakes · 25/09/2013 19:42

£13 Grin he's still in his box but I turned him on and love him!

DTisMYdoctor · 25/09/2013 19:45

Oh, I need to stay away from this thread. Who posted the playmobil pirate fort? That's a great bargain!

TheOnlyPink · 25/09/2013 19:45

I know loads of people have mentioned amazon reductions on lego, but wanted to mention this one in particular in case anyone is looking for it!

Lego High Speed Chase (Chase McCain) for £13.33, good deal according to camelcamelcamel!

Oreocrumbs · 25/09/2013 19:46

He's great. DD discovered him while I was in the bath the other day. I did the usual shout out after 3 minutes silence - as you do with a toddler because you KNOW they are doing something they shouldn't!

Any way she had him half out of the box by that point, so she has him now. He's great he will hold her attention for quite a while, which is quite novel with my DD, she is a bit of a butterfly.

I mainly got it because it was such a bargain, but I'm so pleased with it. It is well worth its current price.

bymoonlight · 25/09/2013 19:48

£13! Wow! I should have started Christmas shopping earlier Grin

I really don't need to buy dd2 anything else that isn't on the list I have for her. I promised myself I would stick to the lists.

But I really want the robot ...

Oreocrumbs · 25/09/2013 19:50

And here in lies the problem with bargain shopping Wink Grin.

So many good deals, so few children to give them too!

Theonlyoneiknow · 25/09/2013 20:01

Should i get the pirate ship!!!! Deffo want to get it for DS but should i wait to see if price drops? Mwahhhh is the current price good deal ?

DTisMYdoctor · 25/09/2013 20:12

£33 is a good price for the playmobil pirate ship I would say. It's a great present - DS got it for his birthday last year. The best price I could find then was around £40 I think.

olivo · 25/09/2013 20:21

Whoever is after Robofish, the one on my amazon basket has just come down to £7 something.

Also, I have just bought Lego Friends cafe reduced from £39.99 to £20.

Nt sure it is a Christmas thing but girls ready beds also down from £40 to £20. All amazon.

bymoonlight · 25/09/2013 20:25

Well dd3 is due in January Oreo but I don't think even I could justify buying the robot for her

If anyone sees any Hello Kitty bedding reduced could they let me know? That is actually something on my list for dd1. I was hoping it might slip into the Argos 3 for 2 but no such luck

Eddas · 25/09/2013 20:25

ooo thanks for the Furby link, it's practically the only toy on dd's list Sad but she also has asked for an ipod touch. tempted to buy it in the hope she gets some money that I can 'buy' it with from my Dad or someone Hmm fab price and I know you probably won't be able to buy one in December???

I need convincing!!?

ProtectiveMother · 25/09/2013 20:27

What is a girls ready bed?

MimsyBorogroves · 25/09/2013 20:29

Anyone after the Lego Millennium Falcon? Camelcamel just emailed me - it's down to £86.66 so I've snapped it up.

MimsyBorogroves · 25/09/2013 20:30

Duh, forgot link in excitement.

www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B006ZS4G24/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE - Lego Millennium Falcon

ProtectiveMother · 25/09/2013 20:35

Thank you to whoever said about the Melissa & Doug jigsaws and puzzles being in TK Maxx. I got a looot of stuff there today! Animal stamps, alphabet stamps (going to use them for cardmaking), other cute girly stamps, alphabet blackboard, alphabet puzzle, alphabet jigsaw (well my little girl is 3 and my son 6 still gets his letters backwards sometimes so... ) Also dinosaur, pirate and vehicle jigsaws (£3.99 each) All prices much/slightly cheaper than Amazon methinks!

izzybizzybuzzybees · 25/09/2013 20:38

I've just had an email form brantano apologising for the delay in my order. I was starting to get a wee bit concerned. They've said its due to an unprecedented number of orders! Mumsnet strikes again I think!
