Secret Santa Thank You Thread

Yesterday I received a gorgeous pack of coasters that we can put pictures in, and a box from Amazon with toys including a Rubiks magic puzzle for my ds's.

I want to say a huge thank you to whichever person sent them. They are perfect and the feeling someone cares enough to have nominated and / or bought for us makes a difference. Two weeks ago we thought we were about to become homeless after a bloody rough year and although that has passed we're still feeling very shaken and it's so good to have some light out there. Christmas stands between now and our ds4 being seen at the Paediatrician's request (for those who don't know ds1 has asd, ds2 dyspraxia and ADD, ds3 asd) and this has given me the Christmas spirit I was missing.

I have no idea who you are (your name is on the voucher but not your mn name - don't want to type your name in for privacy reasons) but I'm so touched that you thought of me and the dc's and went out of your way to make us feel cared for and special.

It's been a rough year, and yesterday was a tough day and I was feeling pretty low - cue coming home from town to find my gift in the mail - I can't tell you how much you brightened my day. You truly have made a real difference to our lives.

I got another voucher and wanted to say thank you again. DH didn't realise it was another one and didn't get the code for me - I'm guessing at 48D but I could be wrong and I'm sorry

ScarlottiSanta - I am truly overwhelmed by your generosity, thank you so much. In a way, I like the fact I know your name (even though it means nothing to me!) as I have a person to thank if that makes sense.
I have no idea why you nominated me, but you thinking of us has really made a difference. I too am by it all.

The person who sends the gift isn't the person who nominated you, btw - they are seperate people. If you are a gift giver you get an email with no indication of who it is you are sending to- just the address and the ages and genders of the children, plus any special requirements.

I got two parcels this morning from Amazon,

I can't find a reference number anywhere but they contained some perfume for me and an 'addict-a-ball' and a model set for ds. We're in Warrington. Hope my Secret Santa can identify herself from this.

I absoulutely love my perfume, its just the kind of thing I would have picked myself I haven't had proper prefume in a very long time and can't tell you how nice it is to have something for me

The gifts for DS are fab too, I'm sure you must know him because you couldn't have picked better. He is going to be so happy.

Thankyou from the bottom of my heart. I am so touched that somebody has so much kindness in their heart that they would send a complete stranger such lovely gifts.

MAS - I assume there may very well be more peole donating than there are receiving, hence some people getting more than 1 donator allocated to them.

I received some Argos vouchers from 65D this morning. Thank you so so much! I am sorry that i had to name change to thank you, i am a bit really. You have been very generous.

I had asked RebeccaMNHQ to put me at the bottom of the list because i really and truely do not deserve anything, especially not from MN where i am blunt and rude for the majority of the time!

I had to search and search to find this thread. Can it not be stapled back at the top please.
