Hi all. I feel awful and so confused and selfish but just don’t know anymore if I am doing right or wrong. Please don’t judge and educate if you can. I am absolutely petrified to give my daughter any vaccines, the thought makes me feel so ill and I shut anyone off when they try to speak about it. I am so worried they will do more harm than good and I wouldn’t be able to forgive myself if something happened. I know there is the other hand where something natural could happen by also not vaccinating her but I am petrified and need educating. It started off with unwillingly seeing & reading bad story’s about vaccines which I didn’t want to believe until I did my own re search which I really regret ever doing. I looked into all the ingredients and toxins and just awful things put into these vaccines which I feel if any parent actually read would also feel how I am feeling towards them! Please don’t think I am a bad parent I know I’m not the best but how can I willingly push this shit into her body?? I am having pressured phone calls from the doctors constantly which ends in tears every time with me trying to delay it once again. I just feel like a mess now and that I have fucked up... but I can’t ignore my instinct / factual knowledge on what I know. But now I am starting to feel really ashamed of my decision. I just need someone to talk to on the subject. (And no I am not some conspiracy believe on this subject. I have just genuinely been upset and outraged by the ingredients put into our baby’s body’s 😭)

@Jadejade20

From the link you posted to the regarding the vaccine components. No where does it say that they contain products of an abortion.
What it says is

The cell strains currently used (called WI-38 and MRC-5) were started in the 1960s using lung cells taken from two aborted foetuses. The abortions were legal and agreed to by the mothers, but they were not performed for the purpose of vaccine development........For some vaccines, the active ingredient is grown in laboratories on cultures that contain human cells. Some viruses, such as chickenpox (varicella), grow much better in human cells. After they are grown, the viruses are purified several times to remove the cell culture material.
This makes it unlikely that any human material remains in the final vaccine

What this means is that in a lab the virus is grown in human cell lines. When the virus is being purified , it is purified several time to removed any trace of the cell culture. There isn't human cells in the vaccine.

so, my grandfather had polio and then died, he hadn't been vaccinated, left my granny with 2 small boys and no income. (pre- widow's benefits)

I grew up with the story of Helen keller, left deaf and blind after contracting measles aged 18 months.

There is a girl in our church, now 24, who is in a wheelchair, has no speech, can't communicate, has poor eyesight and several learning disabilities, she was a bright healthy 18 month old until she got menengitis.

One of my mum'd friends has a daughter, who is completely unresponsive, can't move, speak, eat, is blind and deaf. She is now about 30 (if she is still alive). he mum got rubella when she was pregnant.

One of dh friend's is infertile, didn't realise until he and his wife couldn't have kids. They have worked out it was from mumps as a teenager.

These are still real, live diseases, and the effects are much worse than the vaccines.

Well done OP
My mum didn't get me vaccinated against TB (she didn't want me to have the small scar Hmm) when I was a kid... as an adult I travelled abroad for work and brought back you guessed it.. TB - the treatment for it is vile, really horrible 6mths of really nasty antibiotics- 'luckily' for me I only had latent TB so no symptoms to contend with at the same time but it did delay my treatment for another condition whilst I had the course of treatment.
The real evidence (actual scientific studies rather than 'google studies') for the benefit of vaccinations is really strong. My DH is a dr & all our medical friends and colleagues wouldn't think twice about vaccinating their kids because the risks of the diseases are far far greater.

OverTheRainbow88 · 09/07/2020 16:36

All I can say is we’ve given all the ones offered to both kids with no obvious bad side affects, as have about the 30 other kids I know, that’s all I can say really.

Question for you OP.

Do doctors vaccinate their children? This is a serious question. If a doctor, with all the medical knowledge and understanding of both vaccines and the diseases they prevent, chooses to vaccinate their own children, then that is your best evidence that vaccines are fine.

There was a wonderful 'debunking the myths' blog linked to recently. It went through them one by one. I've just had a look but i can't find it, she goes into a lot of detail over chemicals etc, and is really good at explaining clearly. I'll keep looking
