from what I can gather, his dad was having a tattoo done at his own flat, and Ds1 said "What does that feel like?" and before anyone knew what was going to happen, he -who is about to die--

the tattooist jabbed Ds1's hand with the tattoo gun that was being used on ds1's dad.

So.

It's the tiniest dot, nobody told me about it, and it was 5 months ago.

I now have to take my 7 year old for a fucking hiv and hep b test.

I have a police investigation going on (but all I know is that the bloke's name is 'tattoo tony', he has relatives on the isle of wight and stars tattooes on his head/face)

And I have barred the kids from visiting their dad. Overnights will now take place here, at my huge inconvenience. And my friends and family will be dropping in to my house on these occasions, unannounced.

I was swollen with rage the day I found out. My boyfriend is taking the day off work next week and travelling 40 iles to my house to take ds1 in for his bloods, so I don't upset him with my hysteria.

I don't know what to think and I don't know what to do. My child has been assaulted and I was not informed.

Just read this and am in complete shock. What a twat!

I do believe there is another way to get rid of tattoos now? Isn't there an injection that you can have which brings the dye to the surface?

Twattoo Tony is in town. MY town. At one point yesterday, I was 300m away from the cunt (but on the phone to the police!).

Ex needs to give a statement to the police as they cannot proceed without it, and as it is Common Assault, if it falls outside six months after the event, it will not go through at all. He says he will go down today, but I privately think he is frightened of Twattoo Tony and any repercussions this may have upon him.

This twat assaulted exp's child and groped exp's girlfriend. WHY does exp have to be such a frickin chicken?

I'd say only supervised access from now on. This isn't about punishing your ex, but about protecting your DCs. He's proved he's incapable of protecting them, so you have ensure there's someone else around who is responsible for protecting them.

I got a call from the police this morning. They are sending a child protection officer to talk to ds1 about the incident, because, of course, twattoo tony has denied everything (they DID interview him)

Did they interview your ex, so he can verify what happened? This is looking suspiciously like they might do nothing about this......
