New thread as this one is nearing the end ,, also going to post a separate thread for people either waiting for MR’s or starting the process of one (mandatory recommendation)

Long time lurker finally parking 😅 scan date 4/12 ✌🏽rang today and they said on hold pile and should be 2 weeks.

This new application is for my son but I would like to give some hope to those who need it as January 2022 my autistic daughter was awarded low care rate and no mobility, mandatory reconsideration was declined so it went to appeal where she was awarded high care rate and low mobility which I appealed again and August 2023 she was finally awarded high care and high mobility.

Don’t give up it can take a while xx

Maybe we should have a separate section for benefits. These multiple threads all talking about the same thing are taking over the childcare section, an area which is meant to be about childcare settings rather than benefit waiting times.

Yes it’s with a DM!!! I am panicking now aha said should be relatively quick if they don’t require any extra info if they do can take a while longer I requested a text to be sent when decision mate and he also said to call back end of next week if I haven’t heard anything I will be hounding skwl to see if they’ve contacted them 😂🤣🤣xx

Hi does anyone have a scan date of 15/12/23 and heard anything yet?.

I called yesterday and was told it should be going to DM today and will hear by next week, apprehensive about wether to believe them 😂

Hey 👋.
Same scan date as me! I'm wondering if they do this with my daughter. She's 9 and autistic and awaiting ADHD assessment.
Oh and I got told 20th April till it gets to the dm..fml..🤦‍♀️🤣
