18 weeks on Thursday. Time seems to have slowed right down now we are nearing the decision

my scan date is 12/7 on hold to them now as seen in thread 18 that they have said two different things to two different people so I thought I’d pluck up the courage to call and see what they say to me, I’m hoping for the 17.5 weeks rather than the 18 week.

@TheClassicCollection I called this morning, it's with a dm but wasn't given a time scale on how long for a decision. Last Thursday I was told 2 weeks to be allocated xx

Scan date 6/7. Hadn't even been allocated when I called yesterday so I'll leave til end of the week to call again because the DM will need time to review it when they get it anyway!

I love these threads they have really kept me sane over these past few weeks. You’re all amazing

Does anybody know if it goes through different people for other checks before reaching the decision maker? I’m not sure how it works 🙈 or is it just scanned and then sat until a decision maker reads through it for the first time? My application was about 100 pages long 🤣 they are really long forms, no wonder it takes so long! My scan date was 5/7 and I received a text on 2/10, good luck to everyone!x

@Jaysworld I would also like to know this. I've seen people mention case manager and decision maker but not sure if they're the same? Did you send evidence on both sides of a piece of paper? I'm worried they won't scan the back of my last bit of evidence which shows his development age so won't take that into account xx
