How long was it between arriving at hospital and giving birth for you?

I'm wondering if we were in the hospital for a typical amount of time. I arrived at 12.20am (6cm dilated) and gave birth at 10.37am, so it was 10 hrs from arrival until birth (first baby). How long was it for you? And then how long were subsequent births?

First baby was 2.5 hours
Second I had at home and it was about 3 hours from when midwives arrived.
Both times I went from 4 to 9 cm dilated within 2 hours

1st - 29hrs
2nd-13hrs

First - induced
second - 20 min

20 minutes for 1st and only.

6 hours, 6 hours and 30 minutes for me. With the last one I was very lucky that it was the weekend otherwise it would have been a kitchen floor birth.

24 hours. 25 hours after water's broke.

4 days.
Both times.
Both were inductions and the little gits did NOT want to be evicted!

Had the gels and the normal faffing about with hands up me like I'm a cow and they're James Herriot then finally Dr headed up there with little Bo peeps massive hook, broke my waters, I got hooked up to some drip thing and bloody hours later we have ejection.

DS1 - about an hour. And I was only there as I refused to go home.
DS2 - about 30 seconds after the paramedics arrived. Never made it to hospital.

DC1 7 hours
DC2 4 hours

My first, we arrived around 6pm & she was born just before midnight, so, around 6hrs.

My second was induced because my waters broke with no contractions, so, a bit different but I think around 2hrs…

My third about 30mins - they didn’t even have time to fill the birthing pool!

Arrived at lunchtime on Tuesday, gave birth at 9:15am on Thursday, grim.

Baby 1: 12 hours, Baby 2: 45 minutes ( stayed at home as long as I dared!)

DC1 - 15 hours (induction, no signs of labour when I arrived).

DC2 - about an hour. Was 8-9cm on arrival and they'd told me to stay at home for a few more hours. Luckily I went in anyway!

DD1 - 4 hours
DD2 - 50 mintues

1st 3hrs 50. I was 38 weeks.
2nd 2 hours. 42 weeks.

First was a home birth, second about four hours, third was less than an hour, and only 10 minutes into being given a room.

1st was about 90 minutes, second 11 hours, 3rd about 6 hours. The second, even though longer, was the easiest.

1st baby was 2.5 hours
2nd baby was 1 hour - I think I spent more time waiting for the birthing pool to fill up then actually pushing him out

My sister was 45 minutes!

1st - 11 hours
2nd - 14 minutes.

DC1- 1 hours 10 mins
DC2- 20 mins

1st, just over 4 hours.
2nd, called Labour ward, they told me I wasn't in labour, prob had a UTI, baby born 45 mins later at home with no medical assistance.
The midwife I spoke to on phone was still on duty when baby & I arrived at hospital for checks. She had the cheek to tell me I'd made her job easy that night.

DD1 - 6 hours
DD2 - 45 minutes

Only about an hour! Ushered into a room. No one had even seen me yet when I told my husband to run and get someone because I couldn't stop the pushing. Finally examined and was 10cm and indeed baby in distress as he was needing to come out. No one realised how far into labour I was until that point!

Both times arrived at 9cm dilated and gave birth 2 hours later.
