C section: looked down on for not giving birth vaginally?

This blog has been trending on Facebook and was in the daily mail this week. What do people think? Anyone have experience of this?

we should all just be glad the baby didn't do this on the way out! (WTF?! What's with the baby's arms and Who decided to put this pic in a kids book?! )

I love that while the baby has arms, the woman appears to have none but does have what appear to be very neatly tied bunches. Also what are the circles above her vagina?

DD would love that book - she is obsessed with pregnancy and babies.

I think the circles are meant to be her pubes! The books called 'How a baby is made'. It's been doing the rounds on Facebook but I think Facebook has taken the images down now (teaching kids the birds and bees must break some Facebook rule!). I would take a look at the pics before u show DD tho. The sex one is maybe a bit much!
