+11 days, no induction. DD was only 8lb too and not overcooked so I think that's when she was supposed to arrive.

moomin35 · 10/06/2014 13:16

Had you had any signs on day 10 whereisshe that baby may arrive the next day?

So hope I'm just 'running late' rather than induced Hmm

DS1 - 11 days over (natural)
DS2 - 6 days over (natural)
DS3 - 2 days over (natural)
DS4 - 32 days early (C-section)
DS5 - waters broke 32 days early. A week later I'm still waiting.

IWillYeah · 10/06/2014 13:35

DC1 was a whopping 19 days past due date
DC2 was 21 days early!

chemicalsister · 10/06/2014 13:53

DD 1 was 19 days over
failed induction even drip didn't cause even one contraction and had to have c section 24 hours after they told me they had broke the waters. Now I realised theyhadnt managed to at all!

Also I was told after c section that baby was not engaged at all and it was most difficult c section he had ever done. I know at one point he was pulling so hard he nearly lifted me off the table!

Dtwins w hich I was told always come early and to expect them at 38 weeks, they were 11 days over.

All three were normal weights, not massive.

weebairn · 10/06/2014 22:04

started 40+4, delivered 40+5.

whereisshe · 11/06/2014 06:38

moomin I was getting signs from 40+5 (spotting, contractions etc) but it took a while it build up to the main event...

nugget05 · 11/06/2014 09:42

Induced on +12 and came on +14, I was not happy as everyone had predicted him to come early even the midwife! But he's well worth the wait Grin

CustardFromATin · 11/06/2014 09:50

3 weeks early with the first, 10 days late with the second, bang on with the third. Early is worse than late as we were so unprepared and he had a few issues at the time (all fine now!), but MAN those 10 days were long with dd!

TeaandCake · 11/06/2014 10:03

DC1 - 40+2 (19 hour labour, ending in forceps)
DC2 - 40+1 (5 hour labour, normal delivery)
DC3 - 40+8 (5 hours, normal delivery again)

All spontaneous labours.

moomin35 · 11/06/2014 13:41

That's not bad then teaandcakeGrin

11 days and 10 days. Both times I went into labour at 9 days over and both times they were born hours before I was booked in for induction.

Had a 39 hour labour with DS1 and 4 hours with DS2. Next time I'll just add 9 days to my given due date Grin

moomin35 · 11/06/2014 22:53

Was your 14 days over induced misssmiley? Grin

slightlyconfused85 · 17/06/2014 20:31

I was in labour on my due date but quite a long labour so she was born the day after in the end so 40 + 1. She was 8lb 7

ItsAllGoingToBeFine · 17/06/2014 20:34

11 days over - weight 7lbs11 - not induced

MummyA1984 · 18/06/2014 09:04

OhBabyLilyMunster · 18/06/2014 09:08

Baby 2 - due date, natural home birth, 8lb 3

dd 15 days - induced
ds 11 days - not induced

BreeWannabe · 18/06/2014 21:01

15 days over. Induced and had the whole lot: Pessary, gels, ARM, drip, episiotomy, forceps.

Fun.

BitOutOfPractice · 18/06/2014 21:03

15 days here too - even after induction she was reluctant

DD2 was +2 days

duchesse · 18/06/2014 21:13

DS (8lbs 12 oz)- 10 days over
DD1 (7 lbs 8 oz)- 11 days over
DD2 (7 lbs 9 oz)- 13 days over
DD3 (7 lbs 6 oz)- 10 days by their dates, 17 days by mine.

Lazy little buggers.

duchesse · 18/06/2014 21:14

Oh and, DC 1-3 were all spontaneous labours and unassisted deliveries. DD3 was the full works culminating in crash CS.
