What time did you go in to be induced?

Hospital want me to go in at 5pm on Friday.

I don't want to. I want to go in on Saturday morning.

Is there any reason they want me there overnight? Will ring hospital in the morning to clarify (couldn't face asking more questions of dopey consultant today!), but just wondered.

From your experience, are they likely to start trying to induce me on Friday evening? Or first thing on Saturday?

(Oh, and some "go into labour naturally" vibes most welcome - thank you!)

DS was 8lb 10oz.

I'm going for 8lb 13oz (because I can't bear to inflict a 9lb-er on hunker at ..... ooh, 3.12pm.

Pupuce, if you're still there, the midwife made a fair deal of me not having had a show yet, but I didn't have one with DS and my waters went with him - am I built funny?!

Hunkrer, I didn't have a show with baby2 either. I bet a boy, 9lb 3oz at 2pm. Miaou, you are making me laugh!

Ah that's alright then www, I am famously known in RL for making spectacularly tactless comments, so I wasn't sure if it was a "funny" laugh or a "splutter into my tea choking" laugh (paranoid, moi? )
