I'm getting really impatient, and Isbn is showing no signs of wanting to be born.

So far:
I am 40+4 today (was due on Saturday)
I am very heavy.
Isbn is currently residing on my bladder, and also a nerve on my left-hand-side hip.
It feels the lowest it has been, and I can't decide whether the tightenings are Isbn's bottom or muscles doing something.
For the past couple of days, I've been feeling sick, like morning sickness, and food has been giving me massive heartburn.

Don't get your hopes up, but I thought it would be a good idea to start the thread, because DH isn't technical enough to start one when the time comes (and is indeed very hesitant about even posting on it)

Right. I'm here. And I'm three hours ahead of you lot so I might be an appreciative audience when everyone else is asleep tomorrow morning. Got my popcorn, got my large coke. Ready to for the show to start.

Are you going to update us regularly throughout then? That's what I call an optimistic first timer. Grin

ooooh - I'm 40+5 days (was due Friday) so we're practically in the same boat!!

Pea (as DS has been known as until he pops out) is still bouncing around as he has done the last 6 months or so; poking something boney (elbow? knee? foot? javelin?) out of my left side; hitting his head on a nerve on my pelvic floor whenever I walk/stand.... he seems to want to come out, but not be in any rush!!

We've got a midwife/hospital monitor/check up on Friday, I'm hoping we won't need it. Touch wood for a quick, safe delivery for both of us and a very cool birthdate of either: 1.12.2011 or 2.12.2011 :)
