I'm 5foot 2 and weigh 14stone 8lb

How did this happen. I am so, so ashamed of myself. I used to weigh in 13 stone, then overhauled my whole diet and got down to 9stone 8lb.

But I've put it all back on. And so much more. This is shameful and I cannot believe I have let it get this bad. I've even had to buy some size 20 tops. I have tried slimming world but that didn't really
Work for me. So I'm back to calorie counting. And 5:2. From today. I've got to stop making excuses. I am going on an amazing holiday in January with my 2 best friends and. CAN'T be the size I am now.

I am sick of feeling tired, uncomfortable and just plain shit because of what I eat. I've taken before photos (won't post them as they would scar you forever) and have stuck a photo of myself at my smallest when I still thought I looked fat on the fridge for inspiration. I can do this!!!

I'm here!! Been away all weekend and got back late last night so I just collapsed into bed. I have just got up for work and would do ANYTHING to be able to stay in bed. Feel a lot better now, last week was horrendous, could barely move. Slept so much and had a total of 2 meals (and nothing in between) between Sunday night and Friday morning. But I'm a lot better, just feeling the effects of too much alcohol and food from the weekend.
Just got to get ready for work (ughhhhhhh) but i'll be back tonight, thinking of going to weigh myself at dinner time to see the damage but may just leave it till normal Way day on Saturday.
Hope everyone is ok and I'll catch up tonight 😬

@CamdenTownie That is amazing progress, well done!!! Brilliant stuff.

I've just had three days abroad where lots of food was consumed! Miraculously though, the scales have even good to me and I didn't put on any weight!!! Yay!!

So I'm still the same as I have been but I'm blaming the pregnancy for that - at least I haven't gained any yet! I have another scan on Friday so we'll find out if the baby is still alive in there. Fingers crossed....

Yep I am here. I'll never abandon this thread, it has genuinely helped me so much!

I have eased myself into it today, had a jacket potato for lunch. No idea what's for tea yet but definitely something with veg, don't think I ate anything that wasn't beige whilst I was away. Dread to think how many calories I consumed via alcohol. The raspberry In a raspberry mojito counts as one of my 5 a day doesn't it...

That's brilliant! Good that we can enjoy ourselves and not pile it on. Did you have fun?

Fingers crossed for Friday, is this your 12 week scan?

Hi everyone!

Today I’ve eaten porridge with banana for breakfast, a boiled egg, pineapple, 2 pears and a fibre one bar for lunch at work, dinner is planned as Linda McCartney’s sausages, peas, tomatoes and mushrooms plus a 10 cal jelly for afters.

I wanted to try and have an omelette for breakfast but I just can’t find the time.

I’m pleased with the weight I’ve lost so far, just need to plan ahead to make sure I don’t slip back to my old ways, I’m out for dinner with friends on Thursday and unsure what to go for, I’ve completely given up eating carbs (well potato, rice,pasta, bread etc) after 1pm so I’m thinking steak and veggies maybe?

Well done Camden, you're doing so well! Yeah veggies and steak sound good but also try and enjoy yourself, one meal isn't going to be catastrophic as long as you stick to your diet at other meals.

I am still recovering from my weekend away! I have eaten nothing but crap since I got back Blush dominos for tea Monday on the way home, had a jacket potato yesterday dinner, then came home and had a slice of cake (ds has made at school and was lovely!) then I was still so knackered we had chippy tea. Absolutely shameful.
Tonight I'm off to Frankie and Bennys for tea so tonight will be a write off as well. I'm thinking of just getting a kids size pizza which I think is 3 slices? And a few chips on the side with a glass of water. Does that sound terrible? Dreading weighing myself Saturday already

Morning ladies.

Don’t beat yourself up @TellysAndWellys, Just make sure you’re good at lunchtime and get back on it tomorrow.

I decided last night I really wanted a chicken burger and we had McDonald’s. I don’t even like McDonald’s! Sure enough, as soon as I started eating it I really didn’t like t at all, and felt sick and bloated afterwards so that was stupid!

We are out for dinner tonight for my father i law’s birthday and I’ve offered to drive to cover up the no drinking! Will try and choose something not too naughty and hopefully have something light for lunch. I’ll have some brekky when I get to work as I can’t manage until lunch time these days.

Iampert I always feel sick after a McDonald's, I don't think it's real food! How did it go telling your mum, I forgot to ask.

Home from my night out. It is SO cold out there. Terrible evening once again Sad had cheesy garlic bread followed by veggie spag bol then a chocolate fudge cake with custard. Washed down with 3 cocktails.
I NEED to eat something healthy, I've been feeling so sluggish and lethargic this week. But that's it now. I promise. Healthy food tomorrow and Friday to try and someone limit the damage for weigh day.

My day wasn’t good - ham roll for breakfast, blt baguette for lunch with crisps and a 2 course meal out in the evening. I’m still +1lb after the grim McDonald’s.

Evening. How has everyone been today? I've been to weigh myself this evening and I 13stone 5.6 so about 1.5lb down since last weekend which considering I've eaten and drunk so much I am so pleased with .

Although my tea tonight is a cheese baguette and chips 🙈🙈 I have just been feeling so ill and need comfort food.

I'll be saintly tomorrow Sad

I’d better keenwuiet, it’s not been a good day today. I worked from home so have barely moved all day and found myself in tears earlier because I was being so pathetic / feeling so rubbish!!!

Have given myself a talking to, onwards and upwards. I have a scan tomorrow so I’m very nervous!

I've been to watch fireworks with ds, just had a veggie hot dog, onions and a few
Chips. Weigh day tomorrow, will see if the scales are any different from yesterday

Thank you @TellysAndWellys!scan was fab, saw the baby moving around which was just amazing. I’m so relieved!!

We had a celebratory Zizzi last night, ooooops! It was delicious though. Ima bit scared of the scales this morning though.....!

We are having friends over for fireworks tonight so it’s a sausage and veg tray bake or chilli for dinner. Unfortunately I’ve just been totally unreasonable and had a massive row with DH because he put more smoked paprika in the chilli than I told him to and I don’t like it!! I am SO unreasonable at the moment! Oops! Have had to apologise! Haha.

Oh I wouldn't worry, when I was pregnant with ds I stormed out of a chippy (i honestly eat in other establishments) because the woman asked if I wanted salt and vinegar and exdp said no when I really really did. I told him 'I couldn't believe you would do this to me', stormed out and sat in the car crying. The woman serving was looking at me like Hmm. I then questioned our engagement as I couldn't marry someone who didn't know my likes and dislikes. Plus paprika is horrible Wink

Enjoy tonight, I had plans to take ds to fireworks tonight but we went to a small show last night and he was really scared so we'll stay in and watch them from behind double glazed glass

Morning! (Just)

Our friends didn’t leave til nearly 1am so I’m a bit knackered this morning! Just about finished the clearing up from the party, thankfully!

Scales were still the same this morning, despite naughtiness last night including garlic bread with dinner and a plate of (hard!) cheese at 11pm so I’m pleased about that. Not feeling too nauseous today either - yay! We are treating ourselves to a roast at a local pub today - yummy! Not ideal because I definitely can’t resist a Yorkshire pudding, but I probably won’t eat much else today other than perhaps some toast tonight if I need it so I’m taking that as a win! I do reallllllly want to eat some cake though so need to avoid the shops!

Awwww bless your DS @TellysAndWellys! I am sure fireworks are scary when you’re little and they give off huge bangs. Hope you had a good time watching them from the safety of the window - much warmer that way!

Evening. Sorry for the radio silence, I've been ill AGAIN. Just being sick and feeling so tired, think I've caught a bug :( hasn't stopped be from completely stuffing my face though. All I could stomach was carbs. I'm not even going to write down what I've consumed since Saturday and it's disgusting.

I'm glad the scales were kind @Iampert. I'm starting to feel despondent again but I have these moments and I'll start afresh tomorrow.

Oh poor you @TellysAndWellys! I hope you are feeling better. You’ve had a bad couple of weeks sickness wise. :-(

I’m ok thank you - got two days off to help my mum move house but I’m blooming shattered after today! The house she’s moved into is properly filthy so I’ve been scrubbing all afternoon - hoping that burns some calories!!

We are going out for dinner shortly though so that won’t help.... doh.

More cleaning and shifting boxes around the house tomorrow though so will hopefully counter balance it to some extent. Wishful thinking much....?

Hey everyone 👋

I’ve been awol for a while, I’ve literally had a terrible week, I just can’t get myself motivated to stick to the plan. Yesterday for instance I ate special k for breakfast, lunch was a slice of homemade bread with cheese and butter, dinner - spaghetti bolognese which used up all of my calories, then I just went crazy and ate 3 chocolate tea cakes, a bag of monster munch and a chocolate twist danish 🤐

Today’s been better but I still wasted 165 calories on a handful of butter tablet! Urrgh...

Plan is to have salad for dinner every night with some protein. I haven’t weighed myself since Saturday when I was 10st 12lb but I’m probably back to 11 st now, not going to step on the scales until Saturday though.

Hope everyone else is doing a bit better than me x
