I've just started using it again but I haven't got any friends on there & don't want to publicise it on FB! I think if I had some friends I'd feel a bit more accountable & less inclined to cheat.

I did see a thread from January where people had given their user names but felt a bit rude adding them without checking first.

Last time I used it I managed to lose about 1 stone but I've since put it back on -& the rest!-

I'm 5'10 and currently 13 stone 8. I think I'm heading for about 11 stone but I've never been a healthy weight (heaviest was about 15 stone 7) so I'm not entirely sure at the moment.

Is it to late to join in? I lost almost two stone last year between September to November ish, managed to stay around the 12 stone mark but NEED to start the MFP to get moving back down the scales, last couple of days have been very unhealthy!Blush

Lostblonde come join us! Losing 2 stone is amazing, did you do it counting calories? I'm in the same position (only I need to lose a lot more!)

My other half has bought me easter chocolate! But he has been thoughtful and got me a packet of Malteaser mini easter bunnies, he said he thought he'd get me little ones so I could ration myself rather than having a huge chocolate egg to scoff!

Off to sherwood forest for a walk today, so will earn extra calories for bunnies then Grin I use the Endomondo app to track walks, links directly to mfp so calories used get added to my allowance.

Really want to lose at least a pound this week as then I'll be bang on 10 stone.

Will add you all in a mo. Managed to lose another pound, so 8lb in total so far. Snacking is my downfall too Sam, found snack a jacks are good for a sweet kick. Also I have chopped fruit ready to hand in the fridge, usually mango, pineapple, strawberries, grapes etc. In other words, something easy to grab!

hi, I am on mfp for the last 10 days having used it a couple of years ago. it has me on 1200 cals a day. I'm finding it suprisingly enough and have only gone over it once by 100 cals. I have just lost my first pound and have another 20 to go. a pound a week is fine as I might just keep it of f at that rate. I'm aiming to have lost it all by Christmas.

I'm lesleymaryrose on mfp. I haven't used that part of the ap before so not sure how it works but would love some company!

Have sent requests to you all. Started back with mfp yesterday, had a couple of weeks off for a holiday. Surprisingly I didn't put any weight on while we were away, but we did an awful lot of walking, we went to China and visited all the big sights.
