OK, it's way too early to test yet, and I'm probably tempting fate here, but I've got classic morning sickness, the dates are just about right, and I'm pretty sure I'm pregnant. And I've always wanted to start one of these due in threads .

And if the blue line winks at me in 10 days time, then I'll come clean and post under my real nickname.

Any one else?

hello everyone
Yes, Nemo I know what you mean 'good feeling about this baby' I have the same, had it with ds and not last time
dramaqueen - weepy, yes, got v upset over some rabbit transfers in a shop on Sat, thinking they would look nice on shirt for ds, but he would soon grow up and not need rabbit transfers anymore WAAAAAH!! crazy isn't it? also crying over bad telly
London girls, I know it's early but stick your tummies out and make sure you get a seat on the tube, can't believe how rude people can be ... do you notice it's 'businessmen' who are last to get up?

sweetheart · 27/04/2005 08:31

Yes, another emotional one here - been blubbing at work already this morning. I have a VAT inspection today - the woman is going to think I'm crazy!!!!

I have noticed through the stats that loads of us on here have suffered m/c's. I think it's a big fat sign - fate if you like, that we're all on here together - it must be a good omen (that we've all had a hellish time and now we get some reward)

Well, I like to think so anyway

ninah · 27/04/2005 08:32

yes, sweetheart, it's our Christmas bonus

Re Sickness: I have never felt so ill in my entire life!! Always wanted to experience m/s but God no take it away! Tried Ginger biscuits but didn't keep that down. Have had some toast this morning ~ took and hour to eat 1 slice! Anyone else feeling guilty for eating rubbish and not fruit & veg? Have gone right off veg and chocolate!!!!!

Telling hubbys parents Friday, doing an airport run to collect them, have to get up at 5 but can't wait to see their faces as they have been hinting for a granchild!!

kangel · 27/04/2005 11:12

Sorry that should be 'Sweetheart' and not 'Sweatheart'!!!!

CRC me (can't remember crap!!)

MINNIE1 · 27/04/2005 11:17

kangel,
Don't feel guilty i scoft a bucket of malteasers last nite!!! No m/s at all although i am hungry alot of the time.. I am gone mad for toasted rolls with just butter on them!

kangel · 27/04/2005 11:31

I was a chocoholic but can't even begin to put chocolate anywhere near my mouth. I've organised a surprise 30th party for my brother on saturday and am making him a 30 chocolate cake friday, am not sure how I am going to manage that, the smell is going to be hell!

The only thing I really fancy is pasta with onion (which gives me so much wind .

I've lost weight through m/s and not being able to eat but am currently sporting a spin off of Jordan! My boobs are huge and look rediculous, people are commenting!

MINNIE1 · 27/04/2005 11:42

poor you girl... Can you try a bakery for a cake?
LOL at your boobs.. Mine have to fully bloom yet although i have gone up a size!!!! DP is'nt complaining.. I had alot of ms the last time cound'nt eat or drink, and i felt horrible.. Hope yours goes away soon but its a good sign to have it..

kangel · 27/04/2005 12:28

The party is on Saturday so i've left it too late for a bakery!

DP also not complaining re boobs but isn't allowed to tough! Too sore!!

Emotions all over the place - one minute happy and over the moon, next minute scared and crying~theres no way I can get through child birth!!! Guess this is normal.

MINNIE1 · 27/04/2005 12:45

was the same way with my 1st pg.. Crying and picking on little things.. that should be kicking in next week..

golds · 27/04/2005 12:48

Hello everybody

Good luck for scan today Sweetheart

scully · 27/04/2005 13:00

good luck for the scan sweetheart
I'm not so much teary yet, as cross and stressed out most of the time, permanent pmt it feels like.....was like this with dd as well, makes me a delight to work with.....
& I'm having lunch with friends today so am about an hour later eating than normal, not coping with that either

george32 · 27/04/2005 13:27

Phew, think I'm starting to deflate round my tummy just in time for my boobs to start growing.
Drinking as much hot water as I am able. Does it count if it has cammomile in it?
Good luck for your scan Sweetheart. I do hope your news is good. I think you are right about it being a good omen being on the thread together, we all deserve some good luck.

Just eaten & now I can't stop burping. Ooops

MINNIE1 · 27/04/2005 14:35

babygibbon · 27/04/2005 14:39

I'm really not very good at this stats thing, I forgot to add my age: 30 and feeling it.

sweetheart · 27/04/2005 14:45

Hello,

well one down one to go. I've finished the VAT visit which was much less painful than I was expecting. Here's hoping my hospital appt goes as smoothly.

My scan is at 5pm. I won't be able to post until Friday though as I'm out of the office on Thursdays and I don't have an internet connectio at home.
