I'm starting a Due in Nov thread! A bit early maybe, but hey! By my calcs(!) I'm due Nov 3rd, are there any other ladies out there around the same time? I'm sure loads for Nov haven't even missed their period yet!

Anyway, I'm 27
pg no 4, dd1 born ar 26 weeks, sadly didn't make it, but now happily have dd2 age 5 and ds age 3 next week. And 1 lovely dp of 7 years!

Sorry if you've read this for a 2nd time but was advised by sallie to post on here!! x x x

Thanks for the warm welcome and congrats. And congrats to Enthusia & Flowerlady.

Tex - not sure about whether or not I will have an early scan. I have not yet seen my gp about this pregnancy so don't know if they will even offer it.

HellKat · 13/03/2005 06:08

Welcome Enthusia and Twinkle! Fingers crossed for your test result!
Lol at Cad and "gin". It's so weird, ever since getting pg with ds last year, I went off booze and could only have a shandy now and then. When I had him and all the way up until finding out pg again I could'nt stomach strong alcohol at all (knew the names of virtually every low alcoholic bottle of fruit wine ).
Felt sleepy yesterday after mad cleaning fit. Still losing a little bit of "stuff" but seems to be dying down and thankfully no pain. (other mc's were very painful so hoping it's the "implantation" stage as they said).
Ok off to search the net for remedies on to rid your kitchen of ants! Yep, woke this morning and found tons of the little buggers scurrying around eeewwwww. (only thought they came out in summer?)
Take care girls

Enthusia · 13/03/2005 08:34

Thanks for the warm welcome.
Sounds stupid, but I actually feel more pg now I know I am on my 6th week not my 5th. Looking forward to the rest of the journey!!!

cp3 · 13/03/2005 08:43

Oh hell cat hope your ok. Ive not had experience with implantaion bleeds so would freak me out.

twinkle1 · 13/03/2005 09:35

hi, just found out i am pregnant for a third time this morning!!!! am due around 25th nov. Just needed to tell someone as we have decided not to tell family and friends just yet. also wanted to send congrats to everyone else

cads · 13/03/2005 11:28

Congratulations Twinkle1. I did 3 pregnancy tests with both my pregnancies. Could quite believe it with the 1st and 2nd test. DH always makes me stop at 3 tests, otherwise i might bankrupt us. Wishing a easy pregnancy

cads · 13/03/2005 11:30

I mean COULDN'T. Oh my, the brain cells are already going, not that I have actually had any since DS.

BEKsmum · 13/03/2005 12:06

Congrats Twinkle1 & Enthusia, welcome aboard!

twinkle1 · 13/03/2005 16:09

thanks for all the good wishes!! i can't quite belive it, im sure the reality will kick in when the morning sickness starts

cp3 · 13/03/2005 16:13

I bought my first baby magazine today. I cant wait to settle down with a cuppa (before i go off it again) and indulge myself in all that baby stuff. Not that i dont know it all but i so love those magazines.

Hope everyone is feeling well!!! I am tired and the sickness starting to kick in and god the headaches but apart from that, it feels fab to feel so drained iyswim.

How are you all, hellkat i asked afer you earlier? How you doing

tex111 · 13/03/2005 16:28

Hi all! We're all on antibiotics here. DH and I are more ill than DS which is exhausting. DS is running around while DH and I are sad sacks on the couch. Taking turns taking naps today.

Still pregnant, which is saying something for me! Starting to get excited and indulged in a pregnancy magazine too cp3! It's amazing how much things have changed since I had DS 2.5 years ago. New bottles, new teats and some really whizzy strollers. I think we might just treat ourselves to a new travel system with this baby. Always thought we would just use the one we bought for DS but it's looking a bit grotty after so much use. So much fun to be thinking about his stuff.

Hellkat, that does sound like implantation bleeding. Not really painful and brown. I think it's only when the blood is bright red that it's a concern. Hope you're not too worried.

Cads, I must come clean here and admit that I have taken quite a few pregnancy tests this time. Fifteen to be exact. I did buy most of them from medisave.com which is a great, inexpensive website, but fifteen tests is still a bit crazy!

Hope you're all doing well. Best of luck to everyone.

cp3 · 13/03/2005 16:47

FIFTEEN!!!!!!!! Wow i thought i was bad with 5, thats amazing. I had one negative out of five although i am only 5 weeks, still may do just one more so i have one with a strong line as all mine were faint.

FlowerLady · 13/03/2005 19:49

He he 15....for me 3 was enough, but still feel really unreal.Cant wait to show, and feel baby moveing
Thanx for a warm welcome as well, makes me smile
to enthusia... yep u started 6 week..and i hope u have a wonderful pg(as wonderful as bossible, between feeling tired and etc....because i feeeel so tired all the time, but luckily thats the only prob i have)...

yingers74 · 13/03/2005 21:46

congrats twinkle. on the subject of pregnancy tests, i did about 4 and I still have one upstairs to use just before i go to see the GP to make sure it isn't all in my mind!!!!

I have only symtoms of tiredness and slightly sore boobs, no real sickness as yet. when does ms kick in? With dd, I was sick all the time, no other symtoms but cannot recall when it started.

HellKat · 14/03/2005 05:56

Cograts Twinkle! Wow This thread is filling up.
CP3- feeling ok, just worried about where this "stuff" is coming from. But very hopeful as pg symptoms are all there still including a little bump!
TEX- I tend to agree with you. My last mc's were hellish painful and bright red. I had this same problem with ds 1 and 2 but did'nt last as long (a week now). So debating as to whether or not ring the unit again or just hang on until Monday (scan day).
Sorry to brag girls, but so far this pg is the same as the others. No sickness HURRAH! Had a few bad headaches, have tingly boobs and a pudge and that's it!
Found bloody massive ants nest outside yesterday so attacked it with powder and sprayed indoors. Hopefully it'll work.
Get well soon BEKS and family.

HellKat · 14/03/2005 06:01

Forgot to add two sypmtoms- All day long needing the loo and the tiredness! Why is it you always forget about those?
TEX- You're going for an early scan too are'nt you? Is it the same as the 10 week one where you have to drink 2 pints of water before hand? They did'nt say and forgot to ask.

Enthusia · 14/03/2005 07:44

I did three pregnancy tests but it didn't really feel real until last night when a funny sicky feeling came over me. Now feel really bloated and just plain weird! Still crampy, mainly at night but from what I have read on the internet this seems quite normal. Congrats Twinkle1 and everyone else on here!!!!!!!!!

Diddle · 14/03/2005 08:14

I am due around the 6th November, will find out tomorrow, as i have my booking in at 10am.
Can't wait, i'm really looking forward to it. This is my 2nd Pregnancy after losing one just over a month ago at 8 weeks. Can't believe we got pregnant again so quickly, but we are thrilled and terrified all at the same time.

Good luck for tmrw Diddle. How are you feeling in general any symptoms? This will be my first child too and I am finding it all very weird!

Enthusia · 14/03/2005 08:24

Not had any real emotional things yet, apart from getting tearful everytime I see a baby or grandparents or something. DH has been more emotional, swinging from hooray, to oh my God!

twinkle1 · 14/03/2005 08:28

yeah sounds a lot like my DH, he keeps grinning at me then 5 mins later says oh my god what have we done No3 are we mad?? quick we need to convert the loft....

rodeo1 · 14/03/2005 10:15

Also have 2 already, completely know what you mean Twinkle! We are mad (or a bit simple)

Have only been away for a few days (computer on the blink!) can't believe how much i've missed! Congrats to all, will try and catch up! Might try and have a count up, see how many of us there are now x x x
