June Bus Graduates

So I don’t really know what I’m doing but trying to keep the bus moving after our BFPs. Don’t know about everyone else but I feel very anxious and worried about the whole thing. I really want to be happy and celebrate but can’t just yet

Hey hope everyone is well! Been ages since I've been on here ... sometimes I think I read too many comments and get myself panicky!

I'm supposedly 6+3 at the moment (going from last period) but went for an early scan Friday and she said she thought I was more like 5! Saw the sac and yolk sac but too early for an embryo or heart beat so I ha e to go back in 2 weeks! The wait is killing me!

I really don't have any symptoms still either. Tired all the time but I'm not sleeping well so probs more to do with that... no sickness was or anything! I never thought I'd ever want to feel sick In my life but here I am waking up every day hoping I feel sick 🙈😂

Just keep telling myself there's nothing I can do anyway so may as well just put it to the back of my mind and wait for the scan when I'll know one way or the other! Is anyone else symptomless around the same weeks as me? Xxx

My symptoms come and go, and quickly too. I'll be fine one minute and then the next they hit me.

Could you have ovulated late?

I hope you are all doing well and managing to relax! I know myself that’s easier said than done.

I’ve finally got my first midwife telephone appointment booked for 14th July which feels like months away. But glad I have something to look forward to. I’m currently 5 weeks and 2 days. No symptoms other than a bit of cramping yesterday which scared me to death but not much today.

Does anyone know what to expect for the first appointment? This is baby number 1 and I have no idea what to expect 🤯

@J0DI3 hey! I've just been for my first appointment and she basically did a load of blood tests and a urine test , measured height and weight etc then asked loads of questions about medical history of myself, husband and our families!

It was nice just being able to ask all the millions of questions I have to her too! I feel like I've had mine so early tho only being 6+3 now but she just got me booked in quickly! Then 12 week scan is on the 5th August.

@OnNaturesCourse I do ovulate around day 18 of my cycles so I'm wondering whether I could have just implanted a little late or something meaning I'm a week behind... who knows! Trying not to obsessively google but it's hard sometimes to not think the worst isn't it. I'm just happy they were able to rule out ectopic so that's one less thing to stress about xxx

@TTCgee oh god how exciting that your scan is booked already 😁 I don’t think I’ll relax until I get to the first scan. I have been prewarned that my tests will probably be done separately to the telephone appointment itself (I live in Somerset and we seem to do things different down here to others I’ve spoken to)

I don't have my booking in appointment for another few weeks when I'll be 8+ weeks, and my scan is about 5 weeks after. I do have a viability scan tomorrow though, and I'm so nervous.

Hi ladies, hope everyone is well.

I’m 6 weeks today and I’ve just had a bit of pink discharge. I’ve been having pregnancy symptoms, fatigue, nausea and sore boobs ect. I haven’t had any bleeding or spotting until now and no cramping recently. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m a bit freaked out because I was in the middle of my 3rd 12hr shift in a row and am worried that being on my feet for so long has threatened the pregnancy. I told my boss I was going home, I’m not sure if I’ve overreacted. Any advice?

I'd have done the same thing. I find being on my feet too much makes me crampy more.

If you've no cramps etc I'd just keep a eye on it.

New to Mumsnet. BFP last week! I'm 5 weeks roughly and have insane bloating .... is this normal? Feel huge and shattered and only 5 weeks in 🤣

Hello everyone! Hope everyone is well and welcome to the new comers! We have been super anxious the last weeks, not sure why. But my wife had her 7-week scan today and there was a heartbeat and all looks well. We are over the moon! Couldn't go with her but they allowed her to record a little video which I have been rewatching all day long. 😊

@J0DI3 it’s the same for me too, I’ll have a telephone appt then be invited in for bloods afterwards. I’m under Bolton (Greater Manchester) but it could all change again by the time my appointment rolls around!

Hey everyone! Took a few days off MN as have been stressing myself out!

I am 5 weeks today, went for bloods last sat and all was well so now just waiting for my 7 week scan honestly feels like a lifetime away!

V mild symptoms here kind of sore boobs had some nausea at the weekend but have been majority fine this week, am pretty tired but I’m a pretty tired person normally 😂

I’m v v nervous and everytime I go to the loo I freak myself out that there’ll be blood or something. I’m really just trying to relax as ultimately it’s out of my control. Luckily I’m working from home and taking it as easy as I can snuggling under my heated blanket in the office :)

Welcome to the new comers! It’s great to be able to share how you’re feeling while you can’t tell many people in real life! I’ve told all my best girl friends as would need them there for support if god forbid anything goes wrong but for family it’s mums the word right now ;)

How’s everyone getting on with exercise btw? I’m afraid to do anything but walk but trying to get out for about 5ks a day, wish I could do more but just terrified!

@Sydgal22 I can’t believe you’re under a heated blanket in Australia 😂 What is the temp there at the moment? We’re currently experiencing 25 degrees Celsius in Somerset. I feel a bit like you, worried everytime I go to the loo, no full on symptoms like morning sickness but have tender boobs now and then. I’ve also woken up today with what I think might be a touch of thrush so waiting for a call back from Drs. We’ve told our parents as I wanted my mum to know and DH wanted his parents to know but they’re the only ones we’ve told.

I’ve ordered a CB digital to see if it will pick up my 3+ weeks. It’s a 2 pack so if I get a 2-3 week show I have another one. Good old Amazon!

Ohhh heated blanket!! I’m so jealous, I’ve got my early scan tomorrow- nervous and excited at the same time!!

@J0DI3 haha ye people don’t believe that it gets cold here! Was down to 4/6 degrees at night. During the day it gets up to 16/17 outside but our house would still be FREEZING Due to no insulation! I’m looking forward to spring ha!

Oh that’s interesting you’re getting a digital, I have one in a box but I’m too afraid to use it :/ at 5 weeks should it be picking up 3+ at this stage? Gosh it’s all so worrying isn’t it. I’m dying for some morning sickness never thought I’d say that haha!

@Sydgal22 yeah I think we take it for granted that you guys get winter too as we just see it as hot all year round 😂

My CB Digitals arrived about an hour after I posted that and I got my 3+ and I’m currently 5w4d. I have a friend who didn’t get any sickness at all so that does make me feel a bit better and it was nice to do another test to make sure bubs is still there 😁

Absolutely love a heated blanket, I put mine on my seat in our living area during the winter. So cosy.

Update here. I got my scan on Thursday. Measuring 6+3, when I should have been 6+6 but there was a super string heartbeat flashing away and no reason for the bleeding and pain. Definitely just the one in there. Had more brown discharge this morning... Quite a lot on my pad. But trying to stay positive. Got another scan next Friday.

Hoping we get to actually hear the heartbeat next week, not just see it ❤️🤞

@OnNaturesCourse glad that you got a scan and a strong heartbeat! That must have been such a relief! Do they have any idea what your bleeding could be? Is this your first pregnancy?
Do you have much pregnancy symptoms?

@J0DI3 aw glad you got another positive digital, i think I’m just gonna hold off. Ye I’m trying not to read too much into the sickness, only two weeks to go til I get a scan, gonna feel like a longggg few weeks!

I'm similar no full on symptoms yet but I think everyone is just totally different so 🙏🤞 for all of us! I've got my scan Friday so only 6 days but it seems like about a year away!!
