Anyone due July 2020

Hi all,

Anyone due July 2020? Sorry if I've missed a thread, done a quick search and couldn't find one...

DH and I were due to start TTC for #2 in the new year, but haven't been actively not-trying. Well something was just niggling at me over the weekend, I just 'had a feeling' if that makes sense... did an FRER yesterday and there it was! that second pink line...

I'm equal parts excited and batshit scared haha. I've not told DH yet, it's his birthday on Tuesday so going to break it to him then.

Thank you @susie12345 that’s good to hear - glad things are going well for you. I will see where I am in a week’s time before I go away and then it’s a waiting game again. I really should know better than to believe LMP dating when it’s always been off for me. And as my husband points out, he wasn’t even back in the country till 2 November which places things at the later end of the ovulation period.

OlivejuiceU2 · 12/12/2019 17:11

Has anyone else’s cramping got slightly worse at 8 weeks? My back is killing me.

LisaxMarie · 12/12/2019 17:32

@Secondsop so sorry to hear of the worry you’re going through. It’s so hard waiting but hope everything works out for the best for you ❣️

susie12345 · 12/12/2019 17:36

@Secondsop i also worked out LMP wrong so was really shocked when they said there was only a yolk sac, i thought the baby would not developed and for the whole 2 weeks i kept saying IF the baby develops. I really hope you get good news in a week and try not to worry.
I have other issues now so although there is a heartbeat the worry continues for me :(
Wishing you good news next week, keep us updated :)

Southy84 · 12/12/2019 18:12

Hi can I join? I have a due date of 28th July, this will be baby number 3. I had an early scan yesterday due to bleeding and they saw a very tiny baby with heartbeat, I’m feeling nervous as it was so small (I have previous report from pregnancy with my DD at the same stage) so know that this baby is measuring small for my dates, I feel very nervous but trying not to worry too much as they didn’t seem concerned at all and I know how hard it is to take accurate measurements when they are so small - desperately staying away from google....

I’ve tried to read back through and wanted to say @susie12345 I know someone with a heart shaped uterus. She had no extra appointments, absolutely no concern was raised at all, I hope that reassures you a bit (she now has a healthy 3 year old).

susie12345 · 12/12/2019 18:18

@Southy84 hi and welcome! Thank you for the reassuring message, i think until i know how serious it is, i will not chill :) im stupidly googling all sorts of things which make me scared

Southy84 · 12/12/2019 18:43

I totally understand that, I’m a nightmare with google and no matter how much someone tries to reassure you it doesn’t really help until you have all the facts yourself, I hope everything is ok with you and baby x

Dafs123 · 12/12/2019 20:13

@OlivejuiceU2 yes I started with quite bad back pain about 7 weeks. Had a 9 week scan on Tuesday and everything was perfect :)

OlivejuiceU2 · 12/12/2019 21:15

Thanks @Dafs123 I’m not in pain or discomfort but can definitely feel more than before. Just going to take it that everything is still progressing. Got a private scan on 23rd so I’m hoping it goes well.

rhiiila · 12/12/2019 21:50

@redrobin7 not yet! Have my first appointment last night where she asked me all the questions and took my blood and said that she would book my 12 week scan and it would come in the mail, I just feel so anxious knowing that I have to wait for this? But I just have to try to trust it will be ok!!

rhiiila · 12/12/2019 21:51

Do most people boom and earlier private scan??

rhiiila · 12/12/2019 21:53

I mean book an earlier private scan. Sorry I don't know how to delete a bad comment 🤦🏽‍♀️

Nisha98 · 13/12/2019 09:46

@OlivejuiceU2 my lower back is crampy and achey when I spend any time on my feet. I asked the nurse about it yesterday and she said it's normal and because of the ligaments stretching, preparing for labour (which seems mad at only 10 weeks!!) Best of luck in your scan. I had my first one yesterday and all looked good :) it was incredible to see what is going on in there!! We could see the tiny arms doing a wiggly dance!

RedRobin7 · 13/12/2019 10:36

@rhiiila Hopefully you'll get the appointment letter through in the next few days 😊

@Nisha98 Glad your scan went well! It's amazing to see them moving around!

We are running out of room on this thread! I'll create a new one and post the link here when I'm done 😊

Hi all, I'm late to the party but hope it's ok to join!

I am currently 11+1 and due July 18th based on LMP. I had an early scan at 7 weeks and was put back a week and instead measured at 6 weeks, sonographer said all looked healthy though. It's been quite a lonely ride so far so will be nice to speak to others in the same boat! I'm extremely paranoid that I'm going to turn up to my first NHS scan on the 9th Jan and be told the baby has died. Just need to keep distracted until then Sad

Some quick details about me - I am 23 years old and this is my first pregnancy. My partner and I have been together for nearly 8 years, I think we are both still in a state of denial! Grin

Bibinka · 30/12/2019 18:20

@lustforlife Welcome to the thread and congratulations! I've had a private scan not so long ago and still anxious after hearing good news. If you don't get a response on the thread it may be because some have moved on to the extended thread www.mumsnet.com/Talk/antenatal_clubs/3767650-july-2020-thread-2

Beck5tar · 02/11/2020 11:28

Hi I'm due 12th July never had a full-term pregnancy. So feeling anxious and trying to be relaxed. We have had 12 miscarriages and just thought it would help to follow others that are experiencing the same thing at the same time. It is comforting to hear that others are experiencing cramps are they in your lower back as well? [Halo]

ashlee89 · 09/11/2020 03:10
