I love following the big May 2020 threads but there's so many people on there!

I'd love to keep up with a smaller group? Anyone keen to share the below credentials and general feelings/observations/hopes/fears; and support one another over the next 7 months?

EDD: 6 May 2020
Age: 33
Baby #: #1
Location: London
Appointments (if any) so far: Booking-in with GP, scan at EPU same day when I was 6w+6d as I had bleeding early on, first midwife appointment happening 11 October.

@mintbear congrats, we are now due date buddies. Interesting about your scan, I had the opposite experience! Private scans have been lovely, nhs was like a conveyor belt and very impersonal x

I also have a history of miscarriage and have hypothyroidism.
Did you increase ur dose on ur BFP?

Hello all scan went fine. Measuring 12 weeks so now due the 4th may. Baby was wriggling was so nice to see am so happy Been now. Next thing for me is cervical stitch to be put in

Hi everyone😁 I am 19 and due 7th may 2020. My partner and I have been together for 2 years and expecting our first. I am currently 11 weeks and 4 days and have the 12 week scan tomorrow. I have had awful sickness from around 6 weeks. I could not keep anything down. Due to being young, I feel people have judged me alot.

@caitlin191 Don't worry about what others think. My SIL had her first child at 18. He's 9 now and she is one of the best mums I know.

I just got my harmony results and all low risk so that is a huge relief. Scan tonight and should also be finding out the gender when my harmony results are emailed to me... very nervous!!!

@sunshine8888 glad results came back low risk. Hope the scan goes ok. Exciting I cant wait to find out gender but may have to wait for 20 week scan for that

In the spirit of sharing.. I've just totally freaked out. I was just finishing in the shower, doing a final rinse of my hair, turned it off and looked down and saw white liquid around my right nipple.
Wtaf. Hubby was in the bathroom too and he also saw it and we just looked at each other in shock.
Of course, I turned to my pocket dr. google, it's not unheard of but this is earlier than expected.

Hi everyone! Sorry for the slow update - yesterday was a bit of a whirlwind! I'm relieved to say that everything went well with my results - I was 1/10,000 for Edwards and Patau and 1/10,000 (adjusted to 1/5,500 due to my age) for Down's. The scan went well also - nuchal measurement was 1.3mm, nasal bone was present and the baby is measuring just over 6.2cm.

Plus... the baby is a girl!!!!
