September 2019 babies?

abi2790 · 27/12/2018 14:30

Do we have any September due dates yet?

This one came as a big shock for me. I had my coil out on 30th November and must have conceived pretty much straight away. Considering it took quite a long time to get DD, the BFP was a big shock!

This one will be my third!

So reassuring to know I’m not the only one. I’m 8 weeks tomorrow. Booking in with midwife on Tuesday and have soooo many questions / worries for her!

I had a crazy vivid dream last night and woke up this morning with dull mild back ache. Telling myself these are positive signs and hopefully more stretching and growing going on in there.

Florence - fingers crossed for your scan on Friday. X

And hi @bakingdiva

MinnieLou · 23/01/2019 08:50

Hi @bakingdiva

I'm currently sat waiting in epu (referred by doctor)
Does anyone know roughly how long it usually takes to be seen? I'm 4th in line - I know it depends on emergencies etc.

On my own so extremely anxious, then also worrying about getting back to work (told them I've gone for blood tests)

X

TwittleBee · 23/01/2019 08:54

Welcome and congrats bakingdiva ! I have added you into our Google Doc:

docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VUDuTLeibUnnaCWCjb-pqUe4Wnq-fTau4HJgmE1XE3c/edit?usp=sharing

Hope everything goes okay MinnieLou ! I am not too sure, whenever I have been referred to the EPU I have been given an appointment (even if that was a same day appointment). Sorry you are on your own, I really hope it is wonderful news so you dont have to face work with bad news xx

Lavellan · 23/01/2019 09:38

Nausea has upped it's game at wk 7. Was staring into a bucket this morning but nothing came of it.
Booking appointment tomorrow. I just moved to a new surgery last week and was expecting to wait longer so I'm quite happy they seem to have more midwife cover than my last place.

Karigan195 · 23/01/2019 09:42

Feeling slightly ashamed: just scoffed crunchy but cornflakes for breakfast, banana snack on the way in and then ate my lunch at 9.30. I need to get a grip on this!

stroan · 23/01/2019 09:56

Hope everything goes ok MinnieLou.

Florencenotflo · 23/01/2019 10:21

Hope all goes ok @MinnieLou .

I finally managed to get through to EPU. Is anyone else's ridiculously hard to get through to? I've got 2 local hospitals and looked up the epu numbers and opening times last night. Both open at 8 but no answer from one, just an answer phone message saying they are closed until 24th. The other one kept cutting me off but eventually answered around 10. They haven't got any appointments before Monday so told me to just go for my scan as normal on Friday which is fair enough.

TwittleBee · 23/01/2019 10:24

Yeah ours is hard to get through to Florencenotflo - I think that is because no one is ever at the desk and whenever they are, they are checking someone in/out or doing a change over. Hope Friday comes round quickly for you and all is okay xx

MinnieLou · 23/01/2019 10:25

So I've had an internal scan done.. bled quite a bit whilst she was doing it and was in pain on my right side whilst she did it 😩

She wants a second opinion so now just waiting around 😩

TwittleBee · 23/01/2019 10:28

oh Minnie did you get to see anything of a baby? I am so sorry you are going through this

StarLight10 · 23/01/2019 10:35

Ooh, Can I join?
I'm 6weeks with baby #4. Due date is around 13th September.. just seems forever away doesn't it!

Hope all is okay Minnie x

PastaSauceHoarder · 23/01/2019 10:42

Hello, really want to join but feeling incredibly anxious!

I'm currently 6+4 weeks pregnant, this hopefully will be my second baby. I already have a gorgeous little 19 month old girl and I'm 22 myself (23 next week!)

I think I'm due on the 14th September, I was supposed to have my first midwife appointment this morning but shes covering for others that have been iced in -
shes coming tomorrow instead. Smile

I'm feeling so nervous, would love some people to talk to.

Hsunshine · 23/01/2019 10:51

I am 8 + 3 now and midwife still hasn’t called me for booking in apt Confused

Easterbuns1 · 23/01/2019 10:52

@MinnieLou thinking of you and rooting for you that it's good news when they come back. Have you just gone in yourself or is your partner with you?

TwittleBee · 23/01/2019 10:55

Hsunshine have you chased them? I had to chase mine last time and it was only then that they realised the MW they assigned me was on holiday!

Welcome and congrats to you both StarLight10 and PastaSauceHoarder ! I have added you both to the Google Doc!

PastaSauceHoarder · 23/01/2019 10:56

Thank you, @TwittleBee. Smile

Hsunshine · 23/01/2019 11:54

Can someone add me please to google doc, what info do you need?

TwittleBee · 23/01/2019 11:56

I can add you in, when is your due date, what # child is this for you, any appointments booked already and any symptoms? Hsunshine

MinnieLou · 23/01/2019 12:53

Went on my own to epu as hard to get time off (both work In schools)

Had an internal scan which I could feel I was bleeding heavier than I had been, cleaned myself up and they said they need second opinion.

Waited around to have blood test done and they're going to ring me today as some point to let me know whether I need more Friday or not.

I have had heavy bleeding since and passed a few clots 😩

Megan2018 · 23/01/2019 12:57

@MinnieLou
Thinking of you - must be so worrying. You are being really brave going there on your own. Fingers tightly crossed for you x

PastaSauceHoarder · 23/01/2019 13:01

Oh dear @MinnieLou, how frightening. Sad Fingers crossed its not nearly as bad as you think - sending good vibes. 💛

Opheliaetc · 23/01/2019 13:01

Hi ladies, I’m a bit of a comments lurker. I’m too scared to join properly yet due to a MMC and MC previously. I’m 8+1 and had a scan a week ago because I had some bleeding at 5 weeks, all was fine. In terms of symptoms I feel a little nauseous at times throughout the day. In the night I was getting up 3-4 times to wee but but the past few nights I’ve slept straight through and this has really worried me. Any thoughts?

Hsunshine · 23/01/2019 13:05

@twittlebee thank you so much Smile
1st sept, 1st child, had 2 scans and sickness for symptoms

@minnielou did they give you an indication of what they thought? Hopefully everything is ok

Karigan195 · 23/01/2019 13:06

Hi Ophelia, I’ve had a gap of sleeping through (which was very welcome). Lasted 3 days then was up again last night. Things come and go it seems.
