September 2019 babies?

abi2790 · 27/12/2018 14:30

Do we have any September due dates yet?

This one came as a big shock for me. I had my coil out on 30th November and must have conceived pretty much straight away. Considering it took quite a long time to get DD, the BFP was a big shock!

This one will be my third!

I was @Tefiti2 but I've stopped now. I was wasting so many tests. I haven't done another clearblue digital yet though to see if the weeks have moved. I don't think I will, I'll drive myself crazy if the weeks don't match with where I think I am.

I've had a lot of crampy type pain yesterday and today. Hoping that it's normal and nothing to worry about.

waiting4arainbow · 28/12/2018 09:43

I think I'm going to test again as af isn't due until Tuesday so it's still really early for me to even get a positive 🙈 usuallly when I get a positive I don't test again x

peaches19 · 28/12/2018 09:46

@florencenotflo I’ve had a lot of cramping too, so much so that I thought it must be my period starting before I took the pregnancy test. Fingers crossed it’s normal for both of us!

Congratulations everyone else. Does anyone have NYE plans where they will need to hide it? We’re having v close friends over so I think we’ll just tell them... they will def notice if I’m not drinking!!

abi2790 · 28/12/2018 10:42

@tefiti2 I have done four tests so far!

I'm really struggling with the tiredness. Being a third year student with 2 deadlines coming up, 2 small children and a husband to look after, i'm not sure how I'm going to cope Sad

Hi all 😊 I'm due 03/09 with my second. I have a little girl who is also a September baby and will turn 2 just after this baby is born (if all goes well) xx

Msd2416 · 28/12/2018 12:57

So many sept due dates already I’m 2nd Sept! Just booked with the GP this morning! Anyone else glad Xmas day is over so you don’t have to avoid people noticing Youre not drinking over Christmas haha! Felt like I was on a mission Smile xx

Msd2416 · 28/12/2018 12:58

And also covered in spots Sad

Msd2416 · 28/12/2018 13:07

This is my plan I’m spending with family but I can’t go through another hiding session I’ve had a family wedding and Christmas Eve, day and Boxing Day to hide it! So difficult! Any tips? I’ve been throwing so much fruit in my lemonade to make it look fancy hahah!

impatientmammy · 28/12/2018 14:52

Hi ladies, mind if I join? BFP this morning EDD is the 1st and I have a little boy who's nearly 3. We had been ttc for 14 months so I'm just so relieved to be able to say I'm pregnant at last x

Tefiti2 · 28/12/2018 18:45

I can’t stop testing Blush - the first few weeks are such an anxious time! Welcome all the new BFPs Smile I hope you all have an uneventful 9 months xx

impatientmammy · 28/12/2018 18:49

@Tefiti2 I think it's understandable that your testing when you've had 2 losses. How many weeks were you before? X

Florencenotflo · 28/12/2018 20:12

Holy fuck balls... My Ankles!!! I now have cankles! 😂 they are swollen! I've not managed to drink much today. Although on the upside DH is now doing dinner while I have my feet up!

Congratulations @impatientmammy Thanks

abi2790 · 28/12/2018 20:27

@florencenotflo my ankles are ok so far. My boobs on the other hand are a different story. And I thought they were huge before!!

Itsalwayssunny · 28/12/2018 20:46

My boobs are so sore and I've got awful cramping. Crazy how you forget what it was like previously and worry about it all!

WingingIt09 · 28/12/2018 20:47

@Florencenotflo my ankles are fine but the bloat is unreal 🙈 By the end of the day I have food baby the size of my 12 week bump with my first 🙄 clearly my tummy muscles never recovered from having my daughter and now have no strength to contain the bloat caused by baby number 2 😂😂 I'm only 4+4 so who knows how this baby is staying a secret until 12 weeks...

Tefiti2 · 28/12/2018 20:53

@inpatientmammy I was around 5- 6 weeks both times - really hoping I make it past that this time! Lovely to see you from the yammer thread - I had dipped in and out Smile how are you feeling? Does anyone find their symptoms come and go? At times my boobs can be on fire but other times of the day can be normal!

Florencenotflo · 28/12/2018 20:56

Boobs are still annoyingly sensitive too.

Yes @WingingIt09 with my pregnancy in Feb/March I had a bump by 8 weeks (and I'm chubby!) with my Dd I didn't show until 25ish weeks.

abi2790 · 28/12/2018 21:24

The bloat is super bad! I'm 4 weeks today (ish) and look about 18 weeks pregnant. I've no idea how people haven't caught on yet!

OP posts:
impatientmammy · 28/12/2018 21:27

Thanks @Tefiti2 hopefully we'll both be here together until September now
I've not really had any symptoms yet. I had some horrible symptoms in my first pregnancy so I'm seeing it as a blessing and hoping it continues that way 😬 x

Snoopie · 28/12/2018 21:49

Got a BFP yesterday, did join the August group but worked it out to Sept 1st so thought I'd come over here! Had a MC earlier in the year, but I'm feeling pretty relaxed about everything atm. I'm sure that'll change as time goes on tho!
The boobs are sore, and getting waves of feeling sick, which I didn't really get with the previous pregnancy so that's different. It'll be our first.

WingingIt09 · 28/12/2018 22:09

@Florencenotflo yeah I didn't 'pop' properly until 23 weeks with my daughter. Although if you know I was pregnant you could notice a bump a bit earlier. This time I think I'll be showing A LOT earlier

@abi2790 Nobody has noticed yet thanks to Christmas, not being at work and strategic use of leggings and big jumpers. Once I'm back at work and have to be in my black trousers and work tops it'll be a bit more noticeable I fear 😬

abi2790 · 28/12/2018 22:12

Congratulations and welcome @snoopie.
@wingingit yes I might need to invest in some big jumpers for when I return to university at the end of Jan!

Can I join in?

BFP yesterday for baby #2. I think my EDD is 1st September but I have long cycles so not completely convinced.

I have zero symptoms ( not complaining!) and actually keep forgetting. So different to my pregnancy with DD when I was completely obsessed from the minute the line turned pink!

We’re away for a family wedding and I was so worried about all the inevitable “when are you having another one?” questions. So glad I can just smile and nod now without getting sad!
